Just an ordinary USB hub, extra slots for you to use
I purchased this device because as a gamer I want to be able to unplug my mouse and keyboard without having to reach over too far from my seat. This hub does not take up too much space. It does not charge devices, but that's something that should be overlooked due to how many slots it has. I have a USB camera and a wireless mouse dongle connected to it and it does not get hot whatsoever even in the tropical weather of Hawaii. The quality of it is what I expected; it is made of plastic, but unless you use a lot of force it will not be damaged. You can use it for data transfer but I do not think it is able to read memory cards other than devices that sync via USB. I do not see any connectivity or speed differences between connecting the wireless mouse dongle to an actual port and the USB hub.

Great, affordable little USB hub!
Loving it so far! With the weird vendetta laptop makers have against providing usb ports, this was a required purchase for me when I upgraded from my old laptop with 3 USB ports to the new one with only 2 (sigh). The reviews had me a little nervous, with the top review at the time talking about horrible build quality and their hub basically dissolving in their hands the day they got it, but I’ve been happy with every Anker cable and charger I’ve purchased, enough that I keep coming back, so I decided to try their USB hub as well, and I’m glad I did.Mine feels very sturdy, and I’ve used it for about a month, including a few trips tossed in a backpack with other assorted computer-y stuff to go across town to a friend’s house, and it shows no sign of falling apart. With 4 ports, I’ve started leaving some of my charging cords plugged in all the time (I just unplug the whole hub when I’m not charging or using anything) and although I don’t think I’ve ever actually been using all 4 ports at one time, I have yet to run into any issues with it charging even two items and running my laptop cooling pad at once. It seems to charge/run at least three things just as fast as if I’m only charging my phone, so no complaints there. I haven’t had any issues with it disconnecting so far, it’s been plug and play with no problems, charging, running my cooling pad, and transferring data from an external hard drive to my laptop and back, don’t know what more I’d even need it to do.

Works very well. Good price!
I have received no remuneration of any kind from the seller, or associates. No coupons, or promises of a refund, no free product for a review, or any other type or kind. I have no connection with the company whatsoever except as a purchaser. I am not connected by friendship, marriage or business with the seller or their associates. I paid for this product with my own money and I am giving my honest opinion about the product and the retailer.I had problems with my wired logitech mouse not operating correctly in the last week. I figured it was the USB hub and/or the mouse. I ordered this hub because it was on sale and I have several power banks I bought of the same brand. They have been reliable and work very well. This one was on sale and I bought a new mouse also.. So I bought it, and it arrived today. I plugged it in and the old mouse works so it was the hub and not the mouse. I have had the other hub for 10 years or so. I guess it had to die sometime. I'll keep the new Logitech mouse as a spare. I despise wireless mice and keyboards. They continually need batteries, and I don't like the feel of them.

Works
I purchased because of the brand and it works. The only negative is the it feels light ,cheap and feels like it will break easily if I drop it.

Fantastic USB extender
This USB-A extender adds four ports without using much space, and it has been super handy for my crowded setup. It’s compact and lightweight, so it doesn’t weigh down your laptop or desk port. The ports are spaced far enough apart to fit multiple plugs without blocking each other. Transfer speeds are solid for everyday tasks, and I don’t notice any mouse or keyboard input lag. The sturdy plastic housing feels durable and resists accidental damage. It charges devices and doesn’t overheat, and essentially functions exactly how I need it to. I’ve used this device now for multiple years and it hasn’t failed me. Overall it is easily worth the money and I’d highly recommend.

Solid piece of hardware
Works as intended, looks sleek, and I love the strap for the cord. I was a little surprised how light it actually is. It almost seemed cheap at first, but the ports are nice and solid, and it blends in perfectly with my all black setup. Due to the small size it fits under my mic and doesn’t take up what little space I have left. I currently have it connected to my laptops USB 3 port for my keyboard and mouse.

Solid connection. Quality product. Lightweight and better than dock station for travel.
VERY solid connection. I never worry about this falling out of my laptop's USBC port corrupting my data. Design is very simple and lightweight, great for travel. There is no setup its so easy just plug it in and it just works with Windows 10/11 no drivers to install or anything. It does not get hot and is very fast. There are no lights on it so very nice for business use.

Happy with the results! Highly recommended!
This is being used with a laptop with only one USB-A port that we need to plug a wireless keyboard and mouse into, along with an external camera, and a corded headset. Does everything we need in a compact package.
