Loctek LXR48B Standing Desk - 48" Desk Riser, Wide & Quick Release Keyboard Tray, Computer Riser with USB Ports

I was a bit sceptical on getting this standing desk given no reviews on Amazon and minimal reviews on the web, but given the description, usb built in capability and that it raises straight up, rather than shifts forward as most desks do, and given the price savings compared to the name brands gave it a try.Loctek has made an outstanding product, super solid and well built standing desk. Very easy to do the assembly of attaching the keyboard platform to the primary desk (30 seconds). The lift and lower function is simple and while not powered I found to be relatively easy given this is a big desk. Keyboard area is roomy and easily accommodates keyboard and mouse pad and my coffee. The primary desk area has a ton of space for my Apple Thunderbolt monitor and my laptop. This 48' desk easily fit on a 58x28 desk with room to spare. The only upgrade I would have liked to see is the USB ports on both the left and right side of the desk, the USB port is currently only on the right side which was not ideal for my setup. Additionally, I did need to raise my chair to get the screen at the right eye level when the desk was lowered due to the screen stand on my Apple Thunderbolt display on top of the raised desk area made the screen a bit high. The primary desk area is five inches above the keyboard platform. Great buy from my perspective.
