Draw-Tite 41004 Class 4 Trailer Hitch, 2 Inch Square Receiver, Black, Compatible with Ford F-100, F-150, F-250, F-350 (Verify Vehicle Application)

This is a perfect direct for for all F250/350s with the heavy duty 37.5 inch wide frames that came with the HD towing package. Bolt holes all lined up. Should be about 8.5 inches from rear (closest to cab) to mid bolts and about 6 inches from mid to front (closes to tailgate) bolts. I did have to clean up the original frame holes so the bolts would pop right through. Corrosion over the years built up. 1/2 in drill bit made it easy. I did upgrade bolts to Grade 8 bolts with locking nuts from my local hardware store but the bolts that come with it are also heavy duty, but that was a personal choice. Great price and looked fantastic as well.

Once the hitch was lined up with the first two end holes, a C clamp on each side allowed the rest to be drilled. All needed hardware included- it’s tight! The hitch has cut out accommodations for the frame carriage bolts and the slight up-curve on the F250. 👍 Worth the price, saved hundreds doing it myself.

It fit perfectly on my 1994 F150. I raised it up to the frame and held it in place with a couple of vice grips. Drilled the six 1/2” holes into the frame and bolted it up with the supplied hardware. The only thing I noticed was that it mounts recessed a couple of inches under the back bumper where others I’ve seen fit flush or extend out past the bumper. I’m very happy with the fit and finish.

It was a perfect fit.No packaging just a mail label, so it was scratched.Not an install for the first timer.

i paid more for this hitch because it didnt say needs drilled got it it wont fit and would need drilled anyway then to return it has to be in the same condition or you could be charged save the money lol its the same hitch anyway nice hitch just wont fit unless you drill the holes out lol

I bought this for my 16 year old grandson who installed it on his 1995 f150 . He drilled the holes and had it installed within an hour, it fits great and he’s very happy with it!!

I have installed this hitch when those trucks were new and still a stong well made product.

We bought this hitch to put on our fire department's brush truck. The hitch is advertised to fit an early 90's Ford F-250. When we went to put it on it didn't fit at all. The frame was noticeably wider than the hitch. By the time we had tried to install the hitch it was past Amazon's 30-day return period so we are stuck with it. Luckily it wasn't too expensive. Also, when the hitch arrived its shipping box was destroyed. One end was hanging loose and the other end was punctured by the hitch. There was no packing to cushion the hitch or protect it.
