I've tried many pillows in my sixty seven years of life, but this is definitely the best yet.There is no smell and it is fully stuffed - no half measures as I've come to expect.Yes it is expensive, but as that old saying goes; 'you get what you pay for'.I suffer terribly with ear and neck/spinal pain and this has helped considerably toward alleviating some sleep discomfort. I've slept better in the last week than I have in many years, and it's all because of this pillow.Thank you for a very fine product.

The pillow is definately quite firm & not soft. If you like a firm support pillow, maybe for reading in bed, then this will do. But for sleeping, & this is purely subjective, I found this just too firm & high for my head. I know that some people like ultra soft (which is me) & others may prefer a medium or firm pillow. You pay your money & make your choices. In all fairness to the seller, he was really excellent & did offer a full refund if returned unmarked. Nice guy, very fair & honorable to his word. It's a shame it didn't work out for me, as I'd like to have given him the business, but sometime's things don't always suit you.

Very soft and is well stuffed

The pillow corresponds to the description (weight is around 1200 grams). I think medium fill is around 900g and there are many down pillows below that amount.Being 100% down pillow without feathers or elastic core, it is indeed providing much less support that most of orthopedic foam based pillows, but I think that is how down pillows work. The support also depends on the pillow case (if it's tight, the support will be better).While I would prefer a bit more support (for which I'm considering 3 chamber pillow), this pillow provides good sleep (better than my other down pillows due to more filling), it's also well made.

At first it seems to be too soft. But when I actually slept on it I fell in love with it. There is no way back from now.

No no no don’t go by the reviews ! Absolute waste of money , I’m shocked that I paid so much for a pillow but after so many sleepless nights I decided to treat myself & boy what a letdown.

The pillow was too soft and not filled very much. Sending it back for a full refund.Seller was easy to communicate and said this was a new batch and he will speak to his supplier.Disappointed as I thought this would be a good pillow given the price, but if it is a manufacturing issue, not sellers fault.Good seller

So far so good! Quite a layout for a pillow but well worth the investment. No regrets!
