Works great!- Takes about 5-10 seconds to start playing the first time car is turned on but subsequently starts almost immediately on changing sources- I use it with the optional bluetooth Yatour BTM, bluetooth streaming and handsfree calls work very well, no issues with voice clarity, microphone is pretty good. (Con: will not switch to bluetooth automatically say if you are on FM, so if you are not already on CDC (CD Changer) mode you will need to switch to CDC to answer a call over bluetooth)- Music quality is very good, in my 2008 8th gen Civic there is not much of a difference in volume between CDC, CD or FM.Cons:- Occasionally hangs and will not work, only solution is to turn ignition on and off (not sure if it is an issue with my SD Card to the unit itself, further testing is needed), thankfully this is pretty rare.

works great / now have hours of music / got this mainly because the original 6 disk changer goes on strike occasionally and along with y adaptor cable I can still have cd player / great unit

Heads up Acura RL owners, not compatible with your car.
Thinking is excellent; however, does not work with Acura RL (2005) as advertised.
