Much much prefer these rubber type bands to the plastic like ones, especially for my toddler. These hold really well, no pulling on the hair and I have had no issues with the bands breaking on us. I do oil the rubber bands before putting in my toddler's hair to help prevent any breakage they still work really well.

I'm pretty particular about small rubber bands. I want them to flex enough that I can get my fingers inside, and I need them to be strong. These fit the bill perfectly! I use them when I wear my hair in two braids. They hold up so well that I can even reuse them a couple times. Very good product!

The media could not be loaded. I braid my sons hair a lot and the new school bands brake in a couple of days! The rubber bands here are like the old school actual rubber bands! I won’t buy any other! They stay until I clip them off!

I have an extremely sensitive scalp and am in the process of getting my hair ready to put in small box braids. I decided to wash these rubberbands prior to use and Im glad I did cuz the soapy water turned black while soaking them. They didnt loose color and remained stretchy after washing, rinsing in a strainer and allowing them to air dry. The rubberbands are currently soaking in oil for use. If you love your hair and scalp, wash those rubberbands first and save yourself the itching your scalp raw.

I have long, thick hair and sometimes I like to braid it while using a conditioner which I maintain for a week. These bands hold up and I like them because they are NOT like rubber bands which stick to my hair and add to breakage. These bands go on, hold when twisted and are easy to slide off the ends of my braids when it's time to remove them. I find that the bands are NOT reusable for me since they get a pretty good workout holding my hair for the time I require. But that doesn't matter because they are quality bands that do the job I need and I will keep buying them if they're available on Amazon. The price is right too.

I was looking for an alternative to silicone beard bands, due to them being too large and losing elasticity quickly. These rubber bands are perfect for that. I put beard oil and beard butter into my beard after every shower, so I have not experienced any pulling or pain with the rubber bands I put in. They quickly get lubricated by the existing oil and conditioner. I've been able to use a single band multiple times, and have not yet had one snap on me. Not much else to say for a piece of rubber, except that I am pleased with the quality, and with the amount that I received for the price.

I have mixed feelings about these. I found I had to double up the bands well as long as I did it at same time there were no real big issues. I found when I used them single they would stretch out and I would have to twist more then if I doubled up from the start.I feel that a regular braid or a small ponytail one would be great. I bought these for twisting a friends locs and found I needed to double them up. It was nice they didn’t snap and break as I was using them. Friend said they held well and did great for the month and didn’t break.
