Very nice computer for the price--I bought a second one!
I bought one of these several years ago, and then bought another because I like the first one so much. They both arrived in very close to like-new condition, with newly installed 2 TB hard drives. They are very nice machines that can do lots of things like run Office 365 or an open source equivalent, but you need to understand that these are refurbished business computers, and therefore have some limitations--or maybe I should just say that they are a bit different than a home PC, but can be easily set up for a nice homework machine. It is NOT a state-of-the-art gaming platform, and doesn't pretend to be one!1. As a former business machine, it was meant to connect to an Ethernet LAN, so there is no Wi-Fi inside. You can easily fix that by adding a very inexpensive Wi-Fi USB dongle-type adapter for just a few dollars. In my case, I really wanted Ethernet only, so I'm very happy with what I got, and maybe saved a few dollars by not paying for something I didn't need.2. Again, as a business computer, you get two display port connectors. The nice part about this is that you can have two monitors running in Windows. Good for a business environment, but you may not need both. If you just want to hook up an older monitor you already have at home, you can buy either a display port-to HDMI cable here on Amazon, or just a simple DP-to-HDMI adapter for under $10. If you have a decent monitor at home already, it may have a built-in Display Port connector. Display Port and HDMI connectors are easily confused at a glance, so it wouldn't hurt to check.3. The computer comes with Windows 10 Pro--ideal for most of us. The Pro version has a few more networking and remote-control features that I really wanted, but maybe you don't. I see it as a bonus, for the price, and most people may not know or care whether it's the Home or Pro version. The two machines I bought, like many of them that are a bit older, can not be upgraded to Windows 11. Some might say that's a blessing (!), but it also means that they will be good for only a few more years until Microsoft forces all of us off of Windows 10. That's a Microsoft issue, not the fault of this particular computer model.I have two other computers besides these two that I bought or built, and they can't be upgraded either. BUT LOOK AT THE PRICE YOU ARE PAYING HERE FOR SUCH A DECENT COMPUTER! It's a great deal, and will be a solid performer for several more years...then maybe you can come back and buy something equally cheap a bit later--or for some of us, these computers can be turned into a very nice Linux desktop system. Remember that there are still lots of people out there using Windows 7 PCs to this day, so you'll be ahead of them, so to speak. So there you go--caveat emptor. Read the description, understand why it is available for such a low price, and buy accordingly. You're not buying junk. These are very decent, but used, and refurbished. I'm very happy with my two well-built, solid, computers from this vendor. They've done a very nice job with them, and I'm very satisfied with what they sold me!

Ok
i didnt think this was working because it froze up on me the first time i tried to use it. Now i tried it again and it worked perfect. Not expensive at all does what it says it does and for the price well you get what you pay for and it does the job i want it to do.

It's too early to know if it'll run great for awhile but so far so good, kinda
I just got this today and after some finnagling and set up, everything appears to be running smoothly. I was surprised to learn, and this is completely on me for not reading into the details, that there is no HDMI ports on this and I thought that was whacky. Regardless, I had all the cables (mine came with a power cable fyi, I saw some reviews who said they didn't get one) I needed to hook this up, but I had to use the VGA hookup along with a separate audio jack which I haven't done in maybe 10 years but it all worked out eventually. The reason I'm knocking off a star for now is because the version of Windows 10 I got, which is authentic and I did register it, was broken right off the bat. Now, I'm not dumb with technology though my luck with it is horrible (and luckily I'm not dumb with it because I can usually fix it) and I know it's very, very likely this is neither the PCs fault nor the seller, and I want to make that very clear, but I wanted my rating to reflect that I did run into issues that took over six hours to fix and people should know what they might be up against. I've had Windows 10 on other PCs and never had a problem with Windows Defender (I actually just turn it off in not careless enough to get viruses, etc) but this version wouldn't let me turn off the Antivirus. It wouldn't even let me open the Antivirus portion of Defender- every single time and about thirty restarts the result was the same no matter how I tried to open it- spinning blue wheel next to the cursor while the system lags forever until I restarted it. Which means I couldn't, and still can't deactivate the Antivirus. The rest of it, the firewall etc, I could deactivate but not that. And normally I wouldn't care except it was stopping app downloads that ended with .exe and there was nothing I could do about it, which made setting up the PC the way I want it incredibly difficult. What should've taken maybe an hour took the entire day and most of the night trying to find a work around, which I eventually did by downloading the apps I want to an online server I have, then downloading them with an ftp client instead of the browser. It was frustrating as hell, but all is good now. It's still gonna be a problem in the future and one I'm gonna have to figure out eventually but for now everything is working great. If you're not a computer expert and you happen to run into the same issues I did prepare to just give up and let Microsoft dictate how you use your PC. if you know your way around most PCs and have a decent understanding of them you'll probably be okay. And honestly this most likely won't happen to you. People say I'm pessimistic but those that know me understand I have an amazing ability to have every single thing I touch turn to crap. Am I pessimistic because everything I have sucks for no reason or does everything I have suck because I'm pessimistic? I think it's the former and not the latter but it doesn't matter.Anyway, so far this seems like a great bargain, this PC is about 3x the specs of my last pc before it bit the dust a few days ago and for this price regardless of my minor complaints I feel like I got the deal of the century.
