Shipped in bent condition, but I take the blame for not replacing it then as a key broke later with subsequent use
Unfortunately it was shipped to me in a bent condition. I didn't send it back in right then and there which is my own fault not anticipating that it would cause subsequent issue with one of the keys. Specifically, the bottom left "ctrl" key eventually wore against the minor bend on the frame and eventually broke off altogether. The bend in the keyboard as a whole, unsurprisingly, required a mild amount of straining to fit into the laptop housing. The keyboard works fine otherwise.
