Easy to install
The ear pads that came with the Sennheiser remote earphones were flat and slid around on my head. These have padding all the way around that make them more comfortable and fit better. I am very pleased with them!I should note that they come from Hong Kong and will take a couple weeks to arrive, but even so they came ahead of schedule

Great replacement product
The ear pads were easy to install and went around the ear. The original pads were on ear and slid off my head too often. This replacement is perfect for me.

Not a good fit
It doesn't actually fit the HDR120. The tabs are a few millimeters off.

Headset pads
Short sweet and to the point. These pads fit the headset properly and the pads themselves are better than the originals. Would buy again.

Pretty good, But,
I saw a lot of good reviews and only 1 saying they didn't fit. I took a chance and purchased. Mine didn't fit. However there's an easy fix. Use the old hard plastic pieces, that do fit, with the new foams pieces. Just switch them out. Just be careful with the double sided tape that holds the foam to the plastic.Love fixes more than hate.

You dont need a whole new unit, just replace earpieces
Every couple years, the ear pieces would wear out, so we would replace the whole unit and base. You dont need to do that. You can just replace ear pieces. Very economical!
