It works ok but the Power Toggle Button has no effect
I've tested (so far) the Sound and the Volume controls and they worked fine, but the Source and Power Toggle buttons seem inoperative... unable to turn the unit off when it's on, and to turn on when it's off.I'm going to have to search for the JVC original remote, it seems.

Way too small
This remote is garbage. The button layout isn't great and its way to small. After owning multiple Kenwoods this remote is just awful.I'd never have bought a JVC stereo if I knew the remote was this bad. Remotes really help when you have an older car and the stereo is out of reach.

Seems to work just like the original
This seems to work just like the original, and I liked that it came with a battery. One of the mode selector buttons seemsStubborn and requires several presses, but it does pair up and work fine.

What spat that out?
Exceptionally poor quality. Remote was surprisingly lightweight and didn't look like the depiction. Found that it would only work it held within 1 inch of LCD of radio in directions of sight. Replaced battery to be sure. Don't bother.
