It galls me to pay so much for this, but when you need a very specific, uncommon thing you often don’t have much choice in price. I have a a wooden ikebana vase/platform that had a kind of jury rigged version of this item, made from a sake cup and a glued-in steel frog. When the ceramic cup broke I was left with a hole in the vase that was just this size. This plugged right in. The exposed rim changes the look a bit, but at least it looks clean and intentional. It also adds stability if you want to use tall branches in your display. (Prices tend to slip around, here on Amazon, so for reference I paid “one seven dot two five” for this. It should cost a little more than half that.)

These are weighted! Perfect for taller/larger flowers. I’m pleased!

These arrived ahead of schedule (from Hawaii..I am impressed!) and were packaged superbly! Each is well made and durable. Very nice, sturdy and professional. I use them in my glass art. However, they are a little too pricey now. They have gone up over the last time I ordered them so will have to find new supplier unfortunately.

It works for the purpose it was made for. However it's very expensive for what it is.

I am a fused glass artist and am making platforms to go on these. They are top quality and arrived promptly. I am very impressed with the construction and weight. They will be an excellent mount for my art.

Saw a craft single flower holder in Seattle and said, I can do that. Adhered these to the bottom of a drilled out rock. Really cool craft and there are so many more that you could do with these.

Perfect for my ikebana projects.
