My first pool accessory purchased on amazon turned out to be quite good. The package was good, the product itself was good and serving me well. In fact I have ordered 2 more just as spares.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:DON'T BUY | FAKE ITEM DESCRIPTION | ITEM-NON-RETURNABLE | About this item: It was mentioned as an Ergonomic handle with so much of bla...blas.If the handle is not included, then WHY was this description mentioned in the ""About This Item""??. Also, the 1st image it was shown with a HENDLE. Supplied without a handle. Upon contacting customer care, they simply asked me where is written that the handle is included??? And my reply to you is: Then why was it mentioned in the product description, ERGONOMIC HANDLE? Don't cheat the customer. If the hole for the handle is normal, we can retrofit a plastic tube or wooden stick, or aluminum pipes etc. They made some clip in it as you can NEVER use any other handle and simply throw this item into to CARBAGE. for that please refrain from spending 1000/- bicks
