THESE ARE HUGEPlease be aware of how big the lenses are. If you're expecting the standard $5 plastic sunglasses size (you know what I'm talking about), these are not it. I feel like I'm wearing a windshield.However, they fit great and are very comfortable, and I regularly forget I'm wearing them. The color is absolutely gorgeous too. Definitely worth buying.

I am very fair so the black look of these was a dealbreaker for me. Note you can easily see they are brown when sitting on a white surface (as in the photos) or with light behind it. But the darkest (densest color) part of the frames is the bit right around the lens, and that is what everyone will see. These frames appear dark, even black, when worn. Also unexpected - not a dealbreaker - was the fact that these frames are HUGE. To me, 'oversized' means not like regular glasses - and the current fashion for regular glasses is to be very low in height and diminutive just as reading glasses would be. But that's not the case with these. If you're old enough, think of Gina Lollobrigida or Sophia Loren sunglasses back in the 60s and 70s. Very nice in sunglasses. Not so much in regular distance-vision glasses you wear all the time (imho). Anyway, they are very lightweight and it is very easy to see with them, and best of all no moving nosepads so you can push them up into your hair when doing close work without them getting caught. That part's good. But I have returned these and am looking primarily for a lighter-color poly frame that is kinder to my skin and hair tones without being a firm color commitment (e.g., not light blue or multicolor, but maybe a softer brown or even a distinguished navy blue).

I spent about $320 on two pair of glasses from a name brand company about a month ago. I managed to break one of them and don’t love the fit of the other, so I returned both. I had every intention of ordering another pair from them once the credit came through for my return. So I got these to wear in the mean time. And now I’m not even going to order more. I luck out to be -4.00 in both eyes so these are absolutely perfect. They are more comfortable than the pairs o had before and cost next to nothing.

These are really cute and they work great. I mostly need them to drive and watch TV but they're comfortable and I just wear them everywhere. Great for the price. I use these over my prescription glasses because they're much lighter and larger.If you can't see with them, you need to make sure you have the right strength. They don't cause any distortion. My eyes felt tired when I first put them on, for about ten minutes, then I adjusted and they work perfectly. Excellent glasses for the price, I don't see myself getting more expensive prescription glasses anytime soon, I'd rather grab another pair of these.Since my first purchase, I've bought the other two colors. I get a lot of compliments on the blue. I love this brand, they're excellent! So comfortable and they work great.

I’m smitten with these glasses. They are oversized as mentioned and I couldn’t see much better! I probably will not be buying prescription glasses at LensCrafters for a while. :) :)

After a recent cataract operation I discovered corrective lenses. The implant lenses do a good job but have a fixed focal length. My distance correction is minimal, -50. The prescription sunglasses I got made me curious about having clear lenses. These work surprisingly well. On TV I can now see the actors' makeup even more clearly. That's about what I use them for. The frames are what you'd expect for this price, not designed for hard wear. I keep them on the bottom shelf of an end table next to my favorite chair in the living room. I'm enjoying the variations in skin texture of the people on TV. The frames are wider than most but I have a big head so they fit me.

I bought the -1.00 diopter set. Started to have fuzzy distance vision a few months ago and it looks like the beginning of cataracts which seems to run in my family. My reading ability improved and I normally wore reading glasses of +1.75 but now I don't need them as that is also a popular symptom of beginning of cataracts. Am not giving medical advice, just telling you my story with these glasses.I like the nose rests on these glasses. The alternative type with wire and the pads always gets stuck in my hair if I roll the glasses momentarily onto the top of my head. The lenses are large and frames don't obstruct my view when driving. I've just bought 2 more pairs as spares as I had that wow feeling when I first put them on. All in all... 5 stars.

The frames of these glasses are entirely too slippery. I cannot rest them on top of my head without them falling off. I don’t know if this plastic is any different than other plastic frames since I am used to metal frames. But for the way I use these glasses they just are not practical.They are indeed oversized lenses so if that’s what you want then these are a good deal. Just remember they may be awful close or actually laying on your cheeks.I am returning these based on the slipperiness of the plastic frames.

Le problème avec les lunettes cheap avec une fausse prescription est que la force dans la lunette est seulement au milieu du verre. Donc c'est ok si je suis assise et je ne bouge pas (regardé tv etc), mais si je marche , les murs sont courbés! Étourdissant !J'ai aussi dû prendre 1 force plus élevée. Donc du -3 au lieu du -2, sinon pas assez fort.

They're great myopic glasses, but I had to let them air out for a few days because the smell gave me a headache and nausea when I wore them, which made me think they were the wrong strength at first. Since the smell has gone they've been fine to wear.

I only use them for night driving periodically and they work awesome I use the - 25 just strong enough and they are light and comfortable.

They are not $500 glasses, but they are perfect. They fit amazingly and are huge so nice big view that you forget you're wearing them. Amazing as every day wear and also as a back up pair!

These were too tight for my head lol, to the point where they snapped when I bumped my face on the side of the door.
