Check quality of toys: Splinters and paint
I would test out the whistle and harmonica before letting the little ones use them to check for splinters. I was messing around with the harmonica before handing it to my baby and something poked my lip. A freaking splinter! Definitely check the toys. And that's IF you want your baby putting them in their mouth.I bought this for my 10 month old (I know she's not a toddler) because she starts music class in a few weeks and the toys here are similar to what she will be using to encourage her to play. I don't like her putting the toys in her mouth because of the paint. They are coated so she's not eating paint but it seems like if she were to suck on the toy long enough the glaze and paint would come off.And side not the long metal toy (I think it's supposed to make something similar to a duck sound?) was not functional and the gold paint was coming off where you blow to make the noise before we even tried it out.Quality overall is ok.

Crappy quality
Not too impressed. The toys are super cheap and fell apart within minutes of the kids playing with them. The kazoo never worked in the first place and the balls on the xylophone sticks broke off and are serious choking hazards. The backpack broke as well, the see through side broke all to pieces. I wanted to return them but I threw a lot of the pieces away so not sure I can. Don’t buy, it’s not worth the money.

Going to be a Great Christmas Present!
Our 14-month old granddaughter enjoyed a couple old children's musical toys. When my wife spotted these, it was a no-brainer. They're definitely for a young child but they fairly well-made, make plenty of "music", and we think it's a great way to interest her in the various sounds. The cute little backpack is just as cool. She'll love strapping it on and carrying her musical instruments around the house.

Ok set, but chintzy and won’t last
This set is fine for a toddler, but it’s extremely chintzy, I’m not expecting it to last long at all. The kazoo and cymbals came broken, so I just threw them away. He’ll enjoy it while it lasts, but if you’re looking for something really nice that will last, this isn’t it.

Some instruments defective
These are cute instruments and my kids love most of them, but some of the ones we received were defective. Our rainmaker had no beads in it. It's just empty and pointless. Our triangle came without a striker and our rhythm sticks were both the same. It was kind of disappointing to be honest. I can't send them back because it was a gift from Santa and my kids would be upset so we just have to accept that some of the instruments are not gonna work.

Great for young kids
I believe this is a good starting musical kit for younger children. Everything is decorated and designed to Fit into the hands of small kids. My son is two and enjoys it. I do have to be careful with it and put it away after each use because if not the whole kit would be broken by now.

Great Buy!
I was really surprised how well made these little instruments are, they all have a great sound! Each one came individually wrapped, very well packaged. It was a gift for a 2 year old she loved them.

They are gonna have so much fun!
I bought two for my toddler nephews. They love that it's in a backpack. There's so many noise makers that I almost feel sorry for my brother. Even my 7 & 10 yr old were playing with the instruments.
