Clean the area you're going to work on thoroughly. Be sure there is no dirt or grime on the glass. 2. Have two small plastic tubs ready; quart or pint sized containers work well. Fill one halfway with water. 3. Place your polishing wheel into the water; let it become thoroughly damp, but not dripping wet. 4. Put some of Cerium Oxide into the empty tub, and add enough water to create a slurry (a thin, paste-like mixture). 5. Attach the dampened polishing wheel to your electric drill and dip it into the slurry. 6. Place the polishing wheel on your work area, use small size felt wheel if scrach is near corner of windows，keep the wheel moving in an up and down and circular motion. Notice: 1. Be sure that the slurry does not dry up, as this could cause your glass to overheat and crack. If your slurry is becoming dry, you can spritz it with a spray bottle full of water. 2. Had superficial windshield wiper scratches and mineral deposits in my line of sight, reviewed several products here on Amazon, read a lot of different reviews, decided to try this. Worked amazing, windshield looks new and clear now. I had some fine car Polish so I put it in the mix, a bit of Polish a bit of this powder, some water, mixed easily, used these drill attachments, buffed the windshield well, keeping the paste wet with a hand spray mister, rinsed and was much easier than I thought after reading other reviews. I have a 2007 and the scratches on the windshield really really bothered me, this was a quick fix. And there is more than enough, I could do a dozen windshields with what is supplied here. Very pleased. And it appears that it is from China, yet it arrived in a very timely manner, no idea How they did that? Very pleased, highly recommended
