Yoyito Aluminum Hand Line Reel Pocket/Travel Fishing Kit (30 lb Clear line)

I am so pleased with my innitial assesment of the reel, all of the holes have had their edges rounded including the small “set and forget” holes on the edge of the reel. The edges of the reel are butter smooth which will make casting easier and more effective. The little tackle bag includes 6 weights (2 sinkers of 3 different sizes), 12 hooks (4 of 3 different sizes), and 4 barrel swivels. The tackle bag easily fits with the reel in the bag. (I took the picture next to a US quarter for size comparison, obviously the quarter was not included with the reel. )I can absolutly see and appreciate the care and thought that the creators put into this reel and kit. It is so rare that you see a product that was not rushed to market or built to a price, but instead carefully thought out, made to high standards, and and sold for a price that is fair to both producer and customer.I really just wanted something I could easily keep in my bag so I didn’t have to keep a fragile pole in my car all the time if i just wanted to make an impromptu trip to one of the local town ponds after work, and I didn’t want to have to bring a tackle box or bag of tackle that I would have to tote around or leave on the ground while fishing. This is a great way to restrict yourself to the essentials so you can fish more and plan and pack less.I will update this review at a later date after putting some miles on this reel!

Recently had a chance to use one of these on an outdoor trip. I am not a big fan of all of the fishing poles, tackle boxes, and accessories, but this is just my style. I immediately ordered mine as soon as I got back home, though--I'm looking forward to using mine for some simple fishing.

Very well pleased with my purchase. Really got my money's worth! Small enough to fit in my camping bag and durable enough to be the only one I'll need. Still going to get a few more for friends and family!

Used this for the first time just last weekend and managed to land a fish within the first half hour. There's a bit of a learning curve to figuring out how to coordinate both hand to cast, but once you do decent casts are consistent and predictable. I really like the small size and quality construction. Looking forward to the next time I can fish with it. Nice, well made product.

I'm very happy with it, it's small and compact and fits in my pack very nice. takes some practice casting it, but after a few throws I got the hang of it. Also, it comes from Florida and I purchased mine after the hurricane, and still the shipping was fast. buy one, you'll be happy!

Great BOB or hiking fishing reel. High quality, lightweight and compact. You could stash this in your pocket comfortably. My carry pouch came with a small tear from where it must have caught on something, but nothing that is a deal breaker, I can use some seam seal or duct tape or sew it closed. I am really happy to have such a useful tool in my kit and have only added my favored floats or lures. I would highly recommend this.

Just received my yoyito and VERY impressed at the quality. Casts farther than expected and perfect size. Very nice case with inner pockets for hooks and weights! Just ordered another one!!! Fits in my pocket and can use it anywhere!

Haven’t got to use it yet but it is really well made and light weight and a great addition to my kit.
