First off, the knobs I bought were listed as 'brown,' but actually had a 'black chrome' finish, which is what I had hoped for and anticipated based on the Amazon pics. And a word of caution for those obsessed with weight- these way about an ounce each, so 4 will net you about a quarter pound.Obviously, these have a really unique look! I looked at a ton of knobs before I found this brand- most were either gaudy or uninteresting, but these are really high quality, cool pieces. They were plug and play on my Gibson Les Paul with split shafts, and would work on a solid shaft as well. I've got all push / pull pots on that guitar and these provide a better grip and feel than the stock plastic knobs.I recommend using the odd chamber with the allen wrench screw as your point-of-reference 'level 10' spot, so that when your knobs are maxed, you're looking down directly at that spot. I only use the absolute best parts and gear and these are keepers.

I hesitated weeks before buying these tone pots. I am glad I did because I got an even better price on them.They are a quality item, heavy and nicely machined. They ARE a little on the smaller side (in terms of height) when compared to the original but this, I think, is necessary in order for them to look like proper revolver cylinders.When installing them on my Squier Bullet Telecaster, I used a metal 6" ruler in its plastic sleeve, laid flat, to leave a space between the bottoms of the knobs and the control plate. And I think the results are fantastic.If you ARE thinking of getting these, pull that trigger! They are a really cool, super-easy "upgrade".

My bass was missing one of the original knobs on it (traded a guitar for it). I finally got sick of looking at it at band practice when my bass player played it; it had one non-matching knob abd they were all cheap plastic ones (Ibanez Gio Bass), so I broke down and bought two sets of these. All four shows up looking great and fit perfect. The price seemed a little steep, but the product quality made me forget about that pretty quickly. Don't be like one of the other reviewers I saw. Measure your pots and do the math to see how well they will fit. They give the measurements and the tolerance so there is no good excuse for complaining if you put them on long shaft pots.

I gave these a 4 star rating, only because they're shorter than the knobs I replaced, requiring me to lower my potentiometer. Other than that, these things are very nifty :)

I actually used one to replace my missing choke pull knob on my harley. Worked great.

Really easy to install and really cool looking. Smooth turn of the knob while still giving me a baseline and a direction as to where I’m at with my volume and tone knob.

These are great looking knobs, the construction is solid, and very easy to control.These look great on my gunstock finished guitar.

Pot shaft diameter listed is approx 6 mm, I guess they really stretch "approx" because the ones I received are way over 6mm to where the knobs wobble when adjusting sound or tone. Smaller than expected. Very disappointed !!!

...buy these, they look great on my Telecaster, a tad expensive but they give your Guitar some Mojo...You just have to get these.
