Didn't have to think to long on this one. It is beautiful. Gotta love a clear view of the mechanics with changeable LED colors. Love using it to game but I do get distracted just looking at it. Added bonus is that is Nintendo licensed which hopefully speaks to its quality. Charging cable is NOT usb-c and is fitted specifically for the slot so avoid losing it.Feels good to hold though I think maybe I am just not used to the joysticks being higher since I got used to the joycon ones. Has been great though to play without holding onto the switch.I did wish that specific instructions came with it instead of having to scan a QR code but you could probably figure it out on your own I guess. The sync button is at the top next to the usb charging port. The circular button next to the right joystick is the programming function for the lights and the back buttons. Hold the programming button and then the arrow keys to adjust the LED colors. Can't remember the other instructions off the top of my head but can find the info online from the QR code.Note: the back button piece can come off by sliding the oval underneath it in the back.

My only issue is with the order because they sent me one with USB-C and one with USB Micro-B (same as Xbox/PS controllers), so I can only use one of them with the double charger dock I purchased. These controllers look and feel great, one also seems to be working well with our Switch 2, so I won't knock it down stars after only a day's use.I will be returning the one that doesn't match my charging dock to try and get the same model. The difference on the boxes is not in the barcodes, but in the version and stamped code, with Micro-B being 500-137 V.1 (stamp 0325GAB) and USB-C as 500-137 V.2 (stamp 1225GAC). Hopefully other people who bought two for their family get a matching set!

My family and I have been weary of purchasing more Joy-Cons for our Switch, after two sets began giving us issues. So we decided to give these a try for our Mario Kart competitions. They work so well and are so nice to look at that our kids now want to use these over the other pair that have Mario on them. They connected easily to our Switch, and are so easy to use.

Works on Switch 2 IF you’ve never connected it to Switch 1. Bought the PDP Wave white and purple at the beginning of the year for my Switch 1s and can’t connect them to the Switch 2. Bought this before testing the other 2, and since it had never been connected, decided to give it a shot in the Switch 2. To my surprise it worked! Played Mario Kart World with it. No vibration, but even having a controller is a plus for me.

We gifted this for a 9th birthday gift. The kiddo loved it. He was super impressed by the lights. He took off as soon as he opened it to get me the Nintendo to set it all up. I’d call that a WIN!!!

This controller is a great add on to your Nintendo Switch. The product is great and holds a battery charge for much longer than we expected. It’s a very comfortable grip and makes game play easier.
