Super chair! Great experience on first day!
Just delivered yesterday and already it is giving me extraordinary benefits to neck back and allover health. The "detecting" mode of the chair in the preprogrammed shiatsu is fantastic and loosened up some tight areas that have plagued me awhile.

Great quality and massage, but you can't fall asleep in it without pain!
Purchased this several years ago. The massage is excellent, I never thought a massage chair could be that close to real shiatsu. And it has not had technical issues after so long. But the one complaint--and this is a really big one--is that you can't fall asleep in it without pain. The "resting" position has multiple rollers pressing into your back/sides uncomfortably. The chair definitely can move them out of the way, because when it's on, there are many times that the rollers are not pressing hard and it's possible to fall asleep. But when the set is over, the rollers return to a resting position and they're pressing right into your shoulder blades. Why not make them in the retracted position while at rest? Some other things that could easily be improved are the option for longer programmed sets--more than 15 minutes or whatever the longest option is. Or have the option to program sets in order (shiatsu, stretch, lower back, etc.) to make longer sets. Finally, it does a calibration at the beginning of each set. The calibration doesn't really feel good, and especially after a few in a row, it becomes painful. Why not have it remember the calibration for an hour or something? If I'm doing three 10 minute sets, why go through the calibration each time? It doesn't really seem to affect the massage anyway. It's a shame that they missed those little details because other than that, it's a really relaxing and sturdy piece of equipment.
