Order one size larger than you normally wear. The first one I got was too small. Ordered one size larger and fits great. Seems to be a very durable shirt. Satisfied so far once found size that fits right. Its holding up great and I use it for work/uniform shirt

They fit true to size and the covered button are an added bonus that we love. They don't wrinkle that back which makes my life a little easier. Over all the value for these shirts is great!!

Best fitting button up XL I've ever had. I'm an awkward size and shape to fit clothes on and this shirt didn't disappoint. No tightness in the chest or shoulders when moving my arms, sensible fitment of my XL keg (6 packs are for the uncommitted), and just enough length to not reveal my keg when I reach upwards. I'm very stoked on this shirt and will buy more in the future.
