wow, these are great, i can highly recommend!i ordered the two pack of mini size titanium pill cases. both came with two extra silicone o-ring seals, & a long ball chain (chain material is not specified in listing but could be stainless steel?).the mini size at 1.37" long & .51" diameter is ideal for attaching to my keychain. i will be using them to store/carry emergency fire starting tinder to light with a mini ferrocerium rod, also on the keychain as seen in photo.the review form asks about "sturdiness" & "water resistance", so i put it to the test. first i stepped on one a few times & there was no noticeable damage, the threads opened & closed smoothly afterwards. i also dropped it in a cup of water for 10 minutes, & the contents remained completely dry.i like it so much i may order more, & will probably also try the small size which is just a little bigger at 1.75" long & .6" in diameter.i was first looking at the aluminum mini pill cases, then the stainless steel versions caught my eye, but when i saw them available in titanium with this basic design & cool pattern i had to get some. very tough & lightweight, but still a bargain!

These pill fobs do seem to be made of titanium. I have bought from other sellers who made that claim but were actually made from aluminum. If I find I need more I will be ordering from this seller.Hope this helps anyone considering this product.

These are nice, sturdy, secure little pill holders, but maybe too small. The diameter is not even big enough for a typical aspirin or Tylenol, so it limits their usefulness for many types of pills.If you need something for just a few very small Rx pills or capsules they may be just the thing. Much more than that or larger pills, not so much.

Perfect for my 6 pills I take on the go. They are very small pills and one is round medium size and they all fit in there. Better than carrying around 3 pill bottles. Super satisfied with this!!!

Good size for small size pills for emergency use

A little large for me, as I only need it for a couple of small tablets of nitroglycerin. I'd like it to be smaller, and for the "corners" on the lid to be a bit more radiused.I also suspect the chain may be a little cheap and weak, though can't be sure until I've worn it for some months. A leather strap is probably better, and I may switch it out.
