Works if you factory reset your tv!
We factory reset our tv and couldn’t connect the cheaper replacement…..queue the original replacement (bit pricey) but connected instantly and works brilliantly. Worth the cost! So if you’ve factory reset your tv and your replacement remote won’t work and you don’t have the original, just pay the bloody price and get the original replacement

Bought this for a JVC LT-40CF890 Fire TV after trawling the internet and coming up with various 'compatible' lookalike remotes with slightly different button assignments.This one seems to be the genuine JVC RM-C3253 remote for the TV, containing proper paper instructions, all the correct buttons and it works perfectly out of the packet.

Puka handheld, complete with official destructions too. PLEASE DON'T BE FOOLED BY ALL THE OTHER ON THE INTERNET. THIS ONE HAS ALEXA ON THE NORTH BUTTON EVERYONE ELSE IS A MUTE. thanks pal. John
