Perfect for my WFH setup
You really just can't beat the value for the price. There are much more expensive hubs that can't deliver this kind of quality. I work from home half the week, and this works perfectly with my Dell work laptop. It allows me to connect all of my peripherals (half of which are connected via a USB hub to switch between work laptop and home PC, this is no issue for this docking station), it provides great image quality on the monitors, and occupies little space.I only have 2 minor complaints:- Despite using the OEM charging cord connected to this docking station, my laptop says it's receiving less than optimal power. I'm not removing a star for this because I have the laptop plugged in all day, and I don't need it to be fast charging. I also believe it might have to do with how many power-sucking peripherals I have connected to the hub, so it may not be a problem for everyone.- I wish the hardwired USB-C cable were a tad longer. For my use case, it sits in a built-in storage compartment at the back of my desk, and the compact length of the cable results in the hub sort of dangling inside the compartment. Again, not removing a star because it doesn't affect the functionality and you can't even tell without opening the compartment, it's just a nitpick.

Love it
Perfect for my desk and work. I can plug in two monitors, charging, and my mouse . It’s very small and can be packed up on the go .

Minor power pass-thru issue
This works well enough for my purposes, however on my Dell Latitude 5440 it complains about a "weak charging state". My power adapter is 65W, so with 100W pass-thru, I don't see how that could be correct. The adapter does keep it charged to 100%, just maybe charges a bit slower than if I had plugged the power directly into my laptop. However, I have not actually experienced any other issues with the hub to date; it's very compact and portable, dual HDMI works great, no drivers needed.

Reliable and Powerful Docking Station
The Anker 8-in-1 USB-C Docking Station is a game-changer for my workspace. It delivers flawless dual 4K HDMI output, 1 Gbps Ethernet, and fast 100W Power Delivery — all in a sleek, compact design.Setup was instant, no drivers needed. I easily connected two external monitors, a wired network, and multiple peripherals without lag or clutter. The build quality feels premium, and everything runs smoothly, even under heavy use.If you need a dependable, all-in-one hub for work or home office, this is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

Worth the extra money
Works well. Bought cheaper ones in the past but they never last.

Perfect on Windows, not so much on Mac
I used this for about 5 months on a Windows machine and it worked great. I was able to use both HDMI ports and my laptop to have three fully functioning screens, as well as the USB ports for my wireless mouse/keyboard and my webcam.I switched to a Mac about 4 months ago, and the results have been much more inconsistent. I know I can't use both HDMI ports to have three screens as that is not supported on my MacBook Air M3. I have closed the lid on my laptop, used one HDMI port (plus the other two USB ports), and then used an adaptor to connect my third monitor directly to my MacBook. The monitor that's plugged into the hub is constantly turning off or blacking out for a few seconds at a time, interrupting video calls and screen shares and just being a general annoyance. Nothing I've done has helped - I swapped the monitors that were plugged in to see if it was the monitor, I bought new HDMI cables in case what I had was faulty. I even connected my MacBook charger to the hub to see if additional power could fix the problem. No dice.
