EINHELL GE-HC Power X-Change 18-Volt Cordless Telescoping Garden Multi-Tool, Interchangeable 8-Inch Pole Saw and 18-Inch Hedge Trimmer, Tool Only (Battery and Charger Not Included)

I had never heard of this brand before but decided to give it a try. When I got the product I was immediately impressed with the build quality. I was able to quite easily adapt my dewalt battery to fit in the Einhell. I found the extension pole to be well built and it allowed me to cut tall bushes easily. When a tool is well built often that means that it is somewhat heavy - that is true in this case. However, Einhell provides a nice strap setup that allows rather easy maneuvering of the cutting head.

I used this to cut small dead branches from trees (chain saw attachment) and overgrown brush (trimmer attachment). I bought it because it is light weight, quiet, and ergonomically designed which suits me for short 10 minute work cycles around the house. I have been unable to find a source for the small chain that needs replacing or the small retaining clip that holds the chain sprocket in place. Otherwise, I like the other Einhell tools I own.

They accepted a return because the first saw leaked oil. I bought another but still leaked oil!A great tool, but get ready for pools of oil.

Haven't put it through to much yet, but so far I'd say buy this!

Works great and does a great job. Very heavy and my shoulders are sore for two weeks after using it. Luckily you won't being using them every week. Make sure you purchase the battery and charger.

I like this line of tools. I got them when SunJoe clearanced this line. I like how it handled my trees. No complaints.

This pole saw is of good quality, very sturdy and has an Oregon bar which are good. However, when assembling a brand new unit, a snap ring and washer were missing from the chain sprocket, causing the chain to come off the sprocket when in use. Calling the 800 number says they cannot take calls and to contact by email, and they do not reply to email. Unfortunately it looks like I'll have to either return it or fix it myself with my own parts. Buyer beware.

Like where it extends but didn't like that the battery wasn't included.
