Works well, but takes some getting used to

Empty package
The item was never received and nope am being asked to return the defective product. Item missing and defective product is on the same screen. I called disinter service and they said this was taken care of but I just got notified to return the product

Broken and bent. Do not buy
They're bent...all 3 of them.

Came Bent
They stuff these in a tiny plastic bag, which bends the disks so they're weak and slanted. It makes it very difficult to draw, and I've had nothing but trouble with the SonarPen in general.
