Was very pleased for the first couple of months till I started to have a problem with the magnets that stop the gate. After braking the chain the first few times when it did not stop the motor from moving the gate, it burned up the motor. Contacted the seller and Amazon with my problem. After coresponding with Happibuy a few time the will no longer e-mail me back. I have sent them 12 if not more emails with no response. Amazon only gives you a 30 day return and I have only had this product in action for 5 months, purchased sooner to build gate to its specs and operation requirements. I hope this helps and I do not plan on purchasing anything from Happibuy again (Not So Happibuy) is what they should call them selves! Only gave one star because you have to give something. In my book they don’t deserve any.

The gate opener works great. It was easy to install. I only have 1 issue with it. It is supposed to have an auto-close feature but it works just the opposite, it opens the gate when it is closed. So I don't use the Auto-close feature. Auto-close feature works with the DIP switches and it doesn't work. Waiting to hear from the company on how to fix this.

its so convenient missed our last one but was destroyed by weater

I purchased this item over a month ago, after i traveled 1500 miles from NY to Dominican Republic (paying an extra suitcase $35 because of the weight), paid installation over there, this system only opens from 2 feet away. In order for it to work, I need to purchase an extra antenna (external antenna that will cost between $50-$100), not even knowing the original code forNew review about this motor. finally is working it was missing all sensors and key was the reason why it was not working now it is working excellent and i am very pleased. but I spend more than $100 dollars to fix it. see pictures. sorry I was not able to send video was too long.but will not buy from this company again because they are not responsible for missing or replace part, because is a 3rd party company
