7/32” Standard Hex Dogging Key with Full Loop, Allen Wrench Door Key for Push Bar Panic Exit Devices, Solid Metal - 10 Packs (7/32, black)

Please see my photos for proof. All 10 tips of each wrench are so deformed they cannot fit a 7/32 head. They either have thick burrs, completely rounded edges, and/or bulging at the end. I’ve never seen such bad defects/deformities in a product before. They have one job - to be a 7/32 hex key - and they all completely fail at that job.The only way to fix it is to cut with a clean cutting metal saw like a bandsaw for a fresh tip. I haven’t tried it yet, since most hex keys are made of hardened steel, which my metal band saw cannot cut.

These are not hardened at all. They only last a few weeks before the tips are worn out and you need to throw them away. Would not buy again.

The batch I got was oversized, the advertised size is 1/8 (.125”), with a caliper the measure .138” and they will not fit into an allen head screw that requires a true .125” Allen key.This is the result of a worn out extruder that is not producing a hex shape on of the proper size.

Bought to replace my key on my mini fridge. not exactly the same size but it works

Need a 5/32"allen wrench for dogging security doors. So far, excellent product! Much better than I could have done.
