Cheap, strong, and they fit well
I was doing 2 projects where I was going fairly deep into a truck suspension and into a cruiser overhaul. I needed some impact sockets mostly to speed things up a bit.I love these. They were cheap, they fit great, and they took no damage to fairly normal torque. No flexing, slipping, or sockets getting themselves wedged onto bolt heads.I'd buy these again in a heartbeat but I think my favorite part about them is I dont think I'll have to. I've got a growing collection of Tekton stuff and theyre becoming a favorite of my lately. If you're in the market, their crescent wrenches are outstanding as well.

Great set for lug nut removal...
These made for a reasonable addition to my 1/2" drive Impact Driver. I think I'm done trying to use a 4-way to take off lug nuts. These worked perfectly. These will work for most applications but in some cases you may need a thin-wall set.

Smell like @ss. Seriously
Tools are tools, I get it, as long as they last that is most important. But these sockets smell like a baby's diaper mixed with rotten cabbage and eggs. And when you touch them, your hands have the same lovely scent. I know it's probably the oil used to make sure they don't rust but this must be some kind of cheap animal fat derivative that oxidized to a very foul odor. As long as they last, I don't care but I've never had tools smell so putrid. My dog's poop after eating cheese is less obnoxious. I wiped them with mineral spirits and then sprayed them with Boeshield but they still have a severe stank on them. I wonder if they were a return and someone put fecal matter on them...they smell that bad!

Looking to make an Impact
Its a full set of 1/2 inch drive typical ( zoom in to see the sizes) of lug nut sizes needed.Their not super thick- walled, time will tell how they hold out in the long run....The Red case seems durable so far so good!
