Great dock
Have a Lenovo Carbon X1 laptop and a couple of Dell 30" monitors with an external hard drive, and this dock connects it all together with zero issues.

No issues to date with Lenovo ThinkPad Thunderbolt 3 Dock Gen 2 Docking Station
It's been about two weeks but so far so good. It's quite small so it doesn't take up much space. 8 1/2" long by 3" deep and 1 1/4" high. Had to buy two HDMI cables to replace the two VGA cables I was using previously 6 USB 3.0 ports. It is connected to a X-1 Yoga via a single UBC -C cable (provided). I use two ASUS monitors and occasionally open the tablet to use the built in cam for work Zoom calls and it supports all three screens. Quite expensive but it was covered as a work expense since the company replaced my Lenovo T460.

Works on a Macbook Pro
Love this dock. I got it from work, so not a verified purchase. I use the HDMI option as I couldn't get the video port to work. Also, the USB C cord wore out after 3 months. Ordered a new one and it works great. When not using for work on my Thinkpad, I use it for my Macbook Pro. I love that it has an ethernet option. Not enough USB c outlets, so, I also have a hup connected to the dock.

Missing HDMI Cables
Item was not complete as the HDMI cables was not included in the package.

Poor support, does not fully function.
Straight out of the box had issues with unit not charging the Lenovo PC. Had to continue use of the mobile charger in the extra USB-C port. Also experiencing intermittent recognition of the extended monitor, which resets the monitor and pc displays just enough to be annoying. Spent an hour on the phone with Lenovo support which is significantly lacking in anything short of reading queue cards or passing you off to another department. Keep in mind, that was after tge first hour I spent with them verifying the correct model dock for my pc prior to purchase.I recommend HP.... dump the Lenovo.
