This set is thoughtfully packed with just about everything you will need to create what your imagination can conceive with the motors, pulleys and gears etc. in it. It does come with the wiring diagram needed to wire the battery pack properly to the motor but the rest is left to your creativity! They even included shrink tube for the wiring connections!

Q: Is there a way to slow motor down? The fans nearly cuts my limbs off.

You might try using only one battery and a jumper wire across the terminal ends of the second battery position. Using half the voltage should slow the motor a lot.

Q: I need to buy additional long wires. which awg gauge rating should i buy?

I used bell wire quite successfully. It’s carrying power from 2 AA batteries so you can go light. I wasn’t too happy with light speaker wire. Hard to work with and it just didn’t seem to supply enough energy.
