I am loss for words when it comes to these vitamins. For about four years, I have been trying to find a bariatric vitamin that helps to keep my numbers and labs in a normal range. These DO smell minty which helps mask the nasty smell of multi vitamins. I am only giving 4 stars due to the slight nausea I experience and the size of these make them a bit hard to swallow.
