wow I really like this laptop, its super thin yet solid, beautiful design, wonderful keyboardthe speakers aren't that great but thats alright.love!edit- almost a year later and I'm still loving this machine and using it daily. the touchscreen, the fancy lenovo pen i purchased have brought my art to a new level

This computer is generally really great. The display is crystal clear, the keyboard is responsive, it's light & portable, the sound is impressive for its size, and the processor/memory is able to keep up with my illustration apps and some light gaming. I have two minor issues and a major one.The fingerprint scanner can be touch or go. Half the time it doesn't even register my finger and I have to sign in with my PIN. Not a big deal.The supplied pen has a really poor battery life. Like less than an hour. Not to mention retrieval of the pen from its garage is very inconvenient. I just got a Lenovo Active Pro Pen and it works great with it.The major issue is with the graphics card (I think). Since receiving this product, there have been numerous graphical glitches (youtube videos freezing except for a small band, the display being replaced by white and grey vertical stripes, difficulties with some other simple graphical tasks). Some research has shown that the graphics card in this model has had some reports of being faulty, or "dying" soon after delivery. So be carfeul, and make sure you get a warranty.

My experience with this laptop has been great. It has various features as it is a 2-in-1 laptop, and the screen gives a clean and comfortable feel. The battery life has also been great so far. It is definitely a good choice for college/ work.

I bought this laptop on 1/27/21. I have already had one Lenovo service tech on a house call due to the mic not working. I am now awaiting another home service call pending a part that needs to be ordered. The reason this time is the laptop will not power on. No timetable on when the part will be available.

I've had the laptop a couple days. WAS loving it. Touchscreen works great, keyboard is easy to use and the backlighting is good. Ability to work in multiple windows and programs with no lag. No issues with fingerprint and don't use pen so I can't speak to that. But was excited for it. Then today after a short period of use I got a light gray screen with black and white lines. Couldn't get out of it. Had to restart the computer completely. Now my screen is vibrating all the graphics. It's just a simple picture background. Shouldn't do that. I'm pretty upset. 3 days and it does that? Will be returning.

I've had my 9i for a year and it's worked flawlessly. To be precise I did have a problem but Lenovo support fixed it and I don't remember what it was.Everyday I turn it on and it works perfectly. I'm not a complex user, not a scientist or graphic artist but I usually spend a full day doing spread sheet, writing reports and in the evening watching movies and casting them to my flat panel tv. Like I said, rarely a hiccup.My 9i is the second Yoga in our family. My wife has had the same excellent service from hers.Mine replaced a Dell XPS which had drama almost every day. The only enjoyment I got from it was when I crushed it under my car to make sure that the data inside could not be accessed.So my family is 2/2 excellent experiences with Yogas, and hoping it will continue

Everything worked fine in the first 4 months, however, yesterday the computer stopped working (battery and screen are working, but the computer is not loading). I’m disappointed since I bought it only 4 months ago.36 hours ago, I've contacted AWS support and was on the line with Lenovo for over an hour, and still no progress was made. I am waiting for them to 'activate' my warranty which was not activated, and have no computer in the meanwhile.

I was in loved when I got my Lenovo. I purchased my Lenovo a month ago. Last night I put it to charge and battery didn’t charge at all. Since it has been only a month I took it back to the store and they said the computer is dead. Eventhough the store only gives 15 days warranty on electronics they gave me a full refund. They said they don’t have any in stock in the entire nation. I’m wondering if the computer comes with defects because it is a New version. I’m disappointed since I really liked it.
