small but has a big punch
Engineering is well done works great. Connectivity is easy and quick. so simple can I switch from the desktop in the living room to dell mini in the guest room. The switch is smooth and comes with a Bluetooth pair button to quickly pair. Built in mouse pad that works well and buttons for simulating right and left mouse buttons.its small and convenient will fit in most pant pockets. Great product would recommend to anyone that would need a small and well built Bluetooth keyboard to carry around with them.(update) I have learned one little flaw and that if you leave if you do not turn on the computer that the Bluetooth keyboard is connected too you have to reinstall and for me that it is pain being that my mini dell is in the guest so I have to disconnect my wired keyboard and mouse from my Television in the living room and hook it up to the Mini Dell in the guestroom to log on and install the Mini Bluetooth keyboard and mouse again and for me being disabled it becomes quite frustrating. But once it is installed again I love it works like charm so if you install the Mini Bluetooth keyboard to system you do not use often then then either your going to have to leave that system on all the time or reinstall the Mini Keyboard again and again. Funny thing I just thought about leaving system on so it may work and the Mini Keyboard does not have to be installed over and over again or may not work.. will try myself and update soon..

Very responsive
This things does exactly as advertised and exactly what I need it to do. I just received it today but I charged it up and turned on the Bluetooth and it synced to my computer flawlessly. The keys are very responsive in my opinion, but that could be because the only thing I have that is close to the same as this keyboard is a $10 Vizio remote I bought with a keyboard on the back. The keys on the Rii are very responsive in the fact that it feels like they almost bounce back and make a very satisfying "click" as with the Vizio remote it just feels like I'm squishing the keys into the remote. The only thing I can complain about is the touch pad, which to clarify isn't bad at all but it is a bit laggy. It will however do the job if I need to use the mouse when using Kodi or consuming media. The last thing I want to say isn't as much a complaint as a question or a statement of confusion but the picture that showed the back plate removed with the text that said "NO DONGLE IN THE BT MODEL" or something of the sort is inaccurate in my case. Once I opened the box I began to charge it but out of curiosity I removed the back plate to find a USB dongle snugged up next to the battery. However it doesn't seem to work for anything.

Great keyboard/mouse combo for the price
I bought this Bluetooth keyboard because my old one that has a USB dongle would not work with new Samsung TV I bought. The connection is not maintained. (The USB dongle works fine with my LG TV).The mouse works great in the TV's web browser app, but it doesn't work anywhere else. Have to use the arrow keys to navigate the TV's menus elsewhere. In contrast, the mouse works everything on the LG TV.The off switch works to turn TV off. It also turns the TV on if turned on immediately; however, after a while, it does not turn the TV on, probably because the Bluetooth connection is lost after a few seconds and only reconnects after TV is turned on. I would have assumed Bluetooth remained on since I can turn TV on using Google Home because the TV remains in standby. The volume controls do not work for the TV so this keyboard was almost a replacement for the TV's remote. So, lack of volume and not being able to turn it on makes this keyboard/mouse not a complete replacement for the TV's remote. It's only use is for the web browser app unfortunately. You can pull up the Samung TV's apps menu by pressing "WIN" key twice. Pressing once pulls us the settings and pressing again pulls up the apps menu. This is a very light keyboard. Almost fools you cause you think it should weigh a little more. I fear dropping it and the plastic might crack and break since it feels cheap.Update: So, it does look like this can replace the TV remote. When turning on the remote, it takes a few seconds to reconnect while the yellow light blinks. When yellow light stops blinking, it has connected and the TV can be turned on. Update: sometimes it connects, sometimes it doesn't and the yellow light keeps blinking.Second, the F9 and F10 turn the volume up and down. So, apart from taking about 5 to 10 seconds when turning remote on to turn on TV, it is a great replacement. However, we have Google Home that can turn it on with a command.

Works well for every device I tried
This is the bluetooth model, the 2.4GHz in the title made me think it might do both (as they have a non BT model which is only for use with a USB dongle provided). This one comes with no USB dongle and is bluetooth only. I have paired it with my computer, samsung tv, iphone and ipod all without trouble. They all worked well for the compatible parts (track pad does nothing on iphone/ipad, but works great on TV and computer), likewise the windows button is only useful for my computer.Would highly recommend, considering purchasing a second one just in case it becomes no longer available.CONS:* Little to no instructions, very little online information* Two days (during holiday period so far) no response from support -- Cannot figure out how to 'switch to next bluetooth paired device'Update: Still no word from the manufacturer, still no idea how to tell what device it's connected to or to switch to the next one.
