I’d been having migraines because I clench my jaw during my sleep. I got these mouth-guards after a friend recommended them to me. The instructions to mold them to my teeth were very easy to follow. They are very comfortable to wear and you barely notice them in your mouth. They’ve helped relieve my migraines a lot. I highly recommend them to anyone who clenches their jaw or grinds their teeth.

I love this mouthguard. I’ve tried a few different brands and finally found one that didn’t make me feel like I was choking randomly in the middle of the night. Also, good value. I got 4 for the price of 2 of the ones that made me choke. It’s nice to be able to occasionally dispose of those so I appreciate that.

This is a great product, easy to form to your mouth just follow directions given exactly. I have used various other night guard products including professionally made ones molded for my teeth and this is the best! It takes a few nights to become used to it in your mouth. I use these for teeth grinding when I sleep. They work great. The size helps me not lock my jaw tight as much when I sleep. I used to have a professional one from the dentist but it was a lot thinner and hard plastic, I felt like it allowed for more locking and grinding because it was so thin.
