Work great easy to use just plug in and that's all, now you would have to download the app to work with it, I use my wifi from my house to download the app was faster and easy, as long the radio is touch screen and android would work

This item is complete garbage, once you past the download this, install that, stand in one leg and say the pledge of allegiance while quacking like a duck, you realize you've been had. I'm not saying it won't work for everyone, but at least Honda owners need to look elsewhere.

the item works very good keep in mind that u need to install the app as it says on the box, after installing go to setting and adjust the resolution that way to quality is greatvery recommended works with iPhone and android

The good:Firstly, let me say that the product (for the most part works very well. There are some issues connecting at times and when making calls the person at the other end hears an echo. One must keep in mind what one just paid for.I had to send one of the units back because there was a problem with the (3 inch) USB cord. The second unit has had no issues.The bad:I purchased a CarlinKit for CarPlay purposes on my tablet. There were a few settings that I had questions about (Decoding Method, for example). I contacted tech support and rather than having my questions answered I was told that they could not answer the questions because I did not purchase the product from their store. They asked me to get support from the place I purchased it from (Amazon). Now that is technical support for you.I equate that to purchasing a Samsung table from Best Buy, contacting Samsung concerning technical questions and having Samsung tell me to call Best Buy. Of course, that would not happen with someone reputable like Samsung (or LG, or Apple, etc.).The bottom line:It works well but you get what you pay for. And, expect zero tech support.

U have to download for weird website to get program to use this thing! Very much looks like u are introducing virus upon virus to your system and it still doesn’t work right regardless complete junk don’t use! Waste of time

I have the Tesla style 11.4 screen in my ram 2500. Followed the directions and had no issues. Will update if anything changes. For now though, works as advertised.

I plugged this item into my car and immediately discovered that there is a short. Tried the item with different wires and in different cars and it continues to connect/disconnect over and over
