Easy to swallow no taste, helped my leg cramps.

The bottle is sturdy enough and has a good shrink plastic safety ring around the cap.The capsules have clear surfaces, so you can verify the state of the bark powder.The only thing I disliked is that the promotional photos only show one side of the bottle. I should have been able to do the math, but I still did not realize that each capsule is 450mcg. I have seen bottles if 120 500mcg capsules for less money and bottles of 100 1,000mcg capsules for around $30. So, I feel like I cheated myself by getting this bottle at this price.So far, though, the quinine bark powder is palatable and appears to be higher quality than the quinine bark powder capsule competition.

I have been taking this supplement since the beginning of covid, along with a daily regiment of vitamin D3, Vitamin K, High Potency Zinc, elderberry, and buffered vitamin C.I suffer from an autoimmune disorder, and was concerned about how my body would tolerate covid once I eventually caught it (eventually everyone will get their turn, but I digress), so I knew the very best thing I could do to ward it off for as long as possible was to make sure that I got myself into as good of shape as possible. I am an ER nurse, and staying healthy in general is important for me, especially since I do have my disorder.I started a very healthy diet, regular exercising, as well as my daily regimen of supplements.Just three months ago, myself and my whole family (who’ve also been on the same regiment) finally caught it.All of us had very minor cases. My teenagers had no symptoms at all.I still continue to take my daily regiment since being vaccinated last month, which I’m happy I did, because just two days ago I started to feel sick and sure enough… positive. Again!Now, you’d think I’d be pretty upset that not only have I caught it twice, but once post jab, but I’m okay as once again, my symptoms are mild.I started taking this as part of the Zelenco protocol, which I highly recommend.Not only does this, along with the other supplements help keep my immune system stronger than it was, but it’s also nice to form a stronger immune system from the flu, colds, and other yucky things that might get you sick.It doesn’t taste great, but it doesn’t taste awful, and it’s completely worth the minor inconvenience on your taste buds to stay healthy!So, although I’m not a doctor (I just play one in the hospital lol) I personally have made sure that all members of my family and friends keep up this regiment, even post vaccination.I am seeing more and more patients come in testing positive post jab, so it’s a good idea to consider keeping this in your medicine cabinet as it will likely keep you strong like it has myself, my family, and some of my friends and patients.

Doesn't work properly

After years of suffering, spending thousands on quack cures, I finally one that works. No need to do anything but take one in the AM, and another before bed. Don't let big pharma scare you; taken as directed it's not going to bite you!

Received 12-1-23. Tried for 12 days. I take another brand name so I was looking for continued benefit or improvement. I had greatly increased muscle spasms and discomfort. I switched to another brand name with results as before taking this brand name. I got on Amazon to return these with the product seller not allowing a return. IN 19 DAYS! I have always purchased from Amazon with the knowledge that you have 30 days to insure this is the product you want. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT OR OTHERS THEY SELL.

I have "restless leg syndone" It works for me! However I wish there was a way to accurately measure the dossage I am taking instead of having to shake the bottle and take a 1/2 dropper full...

Seriously a miracle and a great natural medicine tried other brands and the quality of this one is my favorite!
