Pros:Touch screen works well and is easy to navigate. App works great and it's very easy to add photos.Neutral:Screen brightness isn't the best even maxed out and viewing angles are good but not great. Probably about average for a touch screen though.Cons:Doesn't appear to be any way to upload photos from a laptop or desktop. There is a USB port on the back (which, oddly you need to remove the stand to connect to) but after plugging a cable in, it is recognized but no drivers can be found. The site doesn't mention the USB port at all so I assume it's just for programming purposes. Too bad.So: I copied all the photos from a flash drive to my phone. But then when I went to upload them to the frame, it only shows 325 out of 430 photos. The photos show up in the phone just fine but the app doesnt seem to be recognizing all of them. I have as of yet to figure out which ones are missing and why.Last night for the first time, it failed to turn on automatically out of sleep mode, then failed to go into sleep mode. No clue why.Update: I haven't figured out what is special about the photos that don't show up but I did figure out a work around. If the photos are in the default RECENTS album on the iphone (I haven't tried it with Android yet), some photos consistently do not show up in the app. But when I moved them to a new, separate folder, the app showed the photos just fine. So I downloaded all the photos onto the phone, moved them all to the album, then was able to import all of them without issue.

This picture frame is awesome. Displays a clock when not on. Pictures and videos are sharp, has sound too. Very easy to upload pictures. Family members across the country can upload pics of the grandkids. Great way to relive memories. Setup is very easy, connects to your wifi. Easy to upload photos from your phone. Worth the price. Good buy.

I bought two of these as Christmas gifts and was so pleased with the ease of use and the quality of the picture that I've now purchased two more for the rest of the family. They are easy to set up and the app works perfectly. I can upload pictures and videos easily from my phone. I'm now thinking of also getting one for myself.

This photo frame is incredibly easy and fast to set up - and download pictures to as well. Bought it at recommendation of friend who has one and I absolutely love it. Pics appear beautifully in the frame. Def recommend it!

Great for the family that takes TONS of photos!! Perfect gift for everyone!!

The overall concept of this frame is good, but after buying two of them there are some annoying glitches we’ve discovered. Having given them to elderly family members, the idea was to give them a frame they wouldn’t need to worry about. However, one of the loop frames wouldn’t identify when new photos appeared. This was frustrating and required several resets by people in their mid 80’s - not easy. For the other frame, the “sleep” feature keeps mysteriously turning itself off. This has kept a family member up at night since videos placed on the frame will randomly play regardless of the hour. I keep having to reset the sleep feature but it keeps malfunctioning. I’ll give it one more chance before I request a refund.

Dont buy this product if you’re looking for an electronic frame to display your forever photos. After a lil over 2 years, it stopped working. Shows the logo sign but thats it.
