I’ve played out with strap for about a month. Very well made and stylish. It’s comparable to Levy but does have less padding and 1 inch shorter. Not a deal breaker for basically 1/2 the cost. Would buy again

Walker Williams has been my go-to straps for several years. I can always find one that's a perfect match for the guitar I am putting a new strap on. I have replaced many straps with Walker Williams and can honestly say these straps keep the guitar put and holds it on your shoulder so you can "play" the guitar instead of wrestling it. Every new guitar I will set up and tune and get a Walker Williams that complements the guitar and makes it complete. Quality and workmanship is great! I love em!

I saw a video of Clapton using a similar strap and since I live in South Florida a few miles from the Everglades I figured I deserved one and started looking. Really delighted that I found this Walker & Williams Extra Wide Black Gator Strap. It is clearly expertly made of high grade leather fits and looks great and honestly would have expected to pay twice as much. I can highly recommend Walker & Williams straps! My only problem is deciding which guitar deserves to wear it!

This is a great strap! looks really cool and also very comfortable. I definitely recommend this and will eventually (probably) replace other straps that I am using. The width on this is perfect and the padding makes using it totally painless. W&W has a ton of options for colors and styles, so it's tough making a choice but this tooled alligator look is cool. Not that you'd really see it much from an audience perspective, but hopefully they're looking at my playing, not the strap anyway. The adjustment on this isn't "fine adjustment" but you can change it in increments of about two inches or so.The ends of the strap that attach to the guitar are quite rigid, so I don't see the guitar accidentally coming detached. (Unless you are trying the crazy "guitar flip move" which means you don't really care much about your guitar anyway.)

I have used this strap for less than two years and the plastic covering the pad has deteriorated. NOT a leather strap. Don't buy it.

At first when I got this I was stoked, and would have given it 5 stars for value. It is comfortable and the wide strap spreads out the weight and makes it easy on the shoulder. Looks great as well, at least initially. Another plus (if you're an animal lover) is that no actual leather is used in the product. Rather, it's comprised of thin top/bottom layers of vinyl over a fibrous synthetic center. After using this strap and other similar W&W models, they are all starting to peel, mostly around the strap holes, but also other areas. Especially where I adjusted the length a couple times, the skinny part is now cracked and peeling like crazy. If you are OK with throwing it away and buying a new cheap faux leather strap every couple of years, this strap may work for you.

Would have liked a better quality leather and would have paid more for it. However, the price is good for what I got. It looks great, and is very comfortable.
