this item is so pretty. I bought it for my desk at the office. it seems to have an issue with the plug as it doesnt always turn on when I push the power button. I have to readjust the power cord even tho it is plugged in. Also I have tried a few oils in it and I can never smell it.

Stopped working after the 4th time I used this. I cleaned it and put minimal water in it.. it does not diffuse. The water bubbles with no break up of my young living essential oils.

The media could not be loaded.  ***stopped working randomly after 4 months***There’s 2 lines on the inside and it only works (or at least the one I received) only works with water below the first line which is a bummer because I have to keep refilling the thing sooner than expected. If it wasn’t for that flaw I would have given this 5 stars as the color and size are really nice.

Totally disliked!

The diffuser arrived broke, I put water and oil in it turned it on and it didn’t do anything but leak water!

Perfect for entryways and small bedrooms!
