In with the new and out with the old!
I love my new faucet! It is hidden from view by the raised bar front.

Good quality faucet
Had this faucet for many years with no issues. Good quality and good price.

Poor build quality; rapid decay of sprayer function.
I have installed quite a few Grohe faucets over the years. Unfortunately, this one has exceptionally poor build quality. My first issue shortly after installation was low/no flow on the hot water side. The company contracted for customer service did eventually help me diagnose and flush out some kind of stone debris stuck in the line. After about 6 months of use, the sprayer started randomly turning on occasionally. After another couple months, it now defaults to spray mode only, requiring one to hold down the button to stop spraying to use it. A $120 faucet should not be trash in less than a year. I see similar comments about the poor sprayer quality and rapid decay of its function. I recommend avoiding this model completely.

Terrible instructions.
IKEA installation instructions are the Oxford English Dictionary compared with the Grohe installation instructions. They could have put a tiny bit more explanation in the skimpy instructions, such as, which washer goes first -- rubber or metal -- and it would have helped enormously. They did not label the hot or cold water lines, which is easy enough to determine, but jeez. I had to blow through one hose with the valve in the hot or cold position.I used the QR code on the box, but the website was down for 2 days. I searched YouTube for a guide and found some non-Grohe sites somewhat helpful. Grohe had a guide for a faucet that was similar but not the same. The faucet replaced an older Grohe faucet of the same model. The old one lasted 15 years so I would say the quality was pretty good. The new one is nice but uses slightly more plastic than the old one. The spray head is plastic and doesn't seem as sturdy as the old one. We will see.You couldn't pull out the hose on the old one because the metal hose covering was broken and prevented the hose from moving. One of the water supply hoses was frayed, which was a ticking time bomb. I replaced it at the right time.I had some spare parts I bought for the old one and they fit the new one. Very nice.I don't understand how to get the head off the faucet to access the cartridge to change it, but that's a battle for another day. There is a hidden allen set screw buried behind a rubber plug I don't know how to remove. Maybe the website will be up in time when I have to replace the cartridge.Otherwise the faucet works as nicely as the old one.

Great Faucet with Retractable Spray
Great faucet and easy to install. The retractable spray nozzle is my favorite part.

Low water flow
Water flow is insufficient even on max. Sprayer does operate well. Attractive faucet.

Very nice, easy-to-use kitchen faucet
I've had this faucet only a couple of weeks, but I'm finding it very functional and easy to use. Some reviews faulted the location of the spray button, and having to turn it inward to use the spray, but I am having no problems using it.This Grohe faucet is a replacement for a very sleek and very expensive gooseneck faucet that sprayed water all over my island countertop. This lower-profile faucet is much less messy; the stream of water stays in the sink. So far, I'm very pleased with my decision to swap my old faucet for this one.

Fabulous look but function subpar!
I bought this fixture in 2023 because I liked the look so much. Unfortunately, 2 years later the water pressure coming out of the faucet was extremely slow. My husband took the faucet apart and and cleaned it. The problem was with the cartridge. We cleaned it using 50% water an 50% distilled vinegar. However, the water pressure using both the stream and the spray option was still very slow. I was reading other people reviews and there seems to be similar complaints.I wish Grohe would resolve this problem since it is a very nice looking faucet. The replacement cartridge is close to $90 and the complete faucet was $119.
