This is a very handy product for people who need some theatrical blood effects on the go. As a performer, do I want to lug around a half gallon of fake blood just for one nosebleed or festering wound?! No! Plus this is much thicker and tackier than fake blood. Very useful for getting that gory gleam to sell small injuries AND...it won't just run everywhere. You only need a little which is what makes the size so very useful.Some people seem to have an issue with it staining or not drying, but that's par for the course with a lot of effects makeup; even buying professional grade makeup will have the same result. It did stain my skin after use but after showering it was gone--nothing too dramatic. I'd expect the same of any blood effects makeup.This is perfect for photos and performances when you want a very fresh looking wound, and it dries into a lovely, gnarly blood stain.

I love this product, it looked so real . I used for my school project. I was make -up artist for world world 2 project. I was so happy with the outcome. 😊 It is so easy to applied and easy to clean up. No Problem

This stuff looks okay on props. But I used my finger to smear it on a knife, wasn't on my skin for 45 seconds and stained the skin. Be very careful when applying. Otherwise it is descent. Did not work for what I bought it for originally, but I can find a use for it.

I used this for my Himiko Toga cosplay and it worked perfectly! The blood stains just a bit on your skin but any hand sanitizer gets it off and hot water. Even though it looks small it can last for many cosplays and Halloweens. Great deal and I’ll definitely buy it again once it runs out. It drips but it will stop, you have to make sure you pour a certain amount and it will work. Q-tips help it spread if you don’t want to risk dying your fingers. Seriously amazing product.

We used this in our church Easter program to put blood on the person who portrayed Jesus on the cross. It worked well for this purpose

I don't know if I was sent a bad bottle or what, but the product I received is NOT the product in the description, nor did what I get look like other reviewer's photos. The bottle says, "it drips, it clots, it stays in place." What I received did NONE of those things except for drip. It's called, "Blood Gel," but it was literally like colored water. It was super thin & runny, took forever to dry & absorbed into skin before it dried, so all I got was a faint stain instead of a "gel" like blood look. Returning this crap!
