The carafe...it's true what everyone says
I've had a love/(disappointed) relationship with this machine. Love: the compact/duo function it provides. Disappointed: the carafe drips incessantly. And, even thought I'm super diligent with the cleaning ritual, the motherboard started to go haywire after 2 years. It randomly decides what 'cup' serving you're going to get regardless of what you choose.Everything is so disposable these days. Ugh.

Absolutely zero complaints. Huge space saver.
We have had this for a little over 2 months and have had no problems or complaints whatsoever. It is a huge space saver because before this we had a Keurig and a normal 12-cup coffeemate on the counter. This unit take up just about 1 more inch in width and 2 more inches in depth than the old Keurig did. And it’s easy to use. Some days if we know we’re going to be home all day, we use the carafe. If we know we’re going to be leaving the house, we use the single cup brew. The timer feature also works perfectly to have a full carafe ready when we wake up. I read another review before purchasing that mentioned problems with getting the carafe back in properly, and said it turned off too fast…. We haven’t experienced any of that. The carafe slides right into place every time. No adjusting needed. The machine takes about a minute to wake up, so I press the power button, walk to my pantry to grab a pod, put the pod in, press my brew selections - single cup - 12ox - Start (I LOVE that I can do that while it’s still warming up. On our old Keurig you had to wait for it to heat before you could press your selection). Then I walk away and can trust that it’ll finish warming up and will brew my coffee while I make my breakfast. Oh and some people complained about the carafe dripping/spilling. We haven’t had any of that so maybe they improved the spout design since those reviews? Super happy with this purchase.

Keurig dual coffee maker
Love it. Easy to work. Coffee is very hot. Did order Keurig refillable kcup, I drink a lot of coffee and is more reasonable to us than so many kcups. So far I am really enjoying my new purchase. It's an expensive coffee maker but feel is worth the price. Also no leaks from coffee pot, made very well. Diffenently given it a 5.When you get before use follow the set up instructions.all will go easy.5/31/24 update. Had for few months and the coffee pots drips like crazy makes a mess. Hopefully they gave solved for new buyers. Will see if can find pot that will fit and not drip. Coffee maker itself works fine.

Carafe Leaks Constantly
I think one star is fair. I waited several months to write a review and here's what it boils down to:This was a Christmas present and the price was exorbitant for what it is... let's face it, you are paying for the convenience of a single unit for both pods and pots.Unfortunately, in the first week of use, the carafe had me ready to chuck it in the trash.Instead, I started doing some research about a leaky carafe and found a ton of comments about the need to clean up a sharp edge on the pour spout that was left during manufacture. I started in with some high grit sandpaper and cleaned up the ridge. I thought it fixed the problem until about two pots in, I had coffee all over the counter and the delicious smell of burnt coffee from the heating element. So, I called Keurig support and after a 30min phone call I had a new carafe on the way. I had a look when it arrived and sure enough, they must have altered the manufacturing because there was no sharp edge near the pour spout.I thought this was the solution, until a few pots in... I realized there was a dark ring around the coffee container on the counter. I didn't realize it was leaking (not as much) everytime I poured I cup. This has progressed and we are now at full leak with every pot and every cup.I like the idea of having an 'all in one' but the need to work on something after you buy it and the new carafe clearly showing it was an issue in the original... I just can't recommend this at all.Side note... I also read some forums that said you can purchase a carafe of similar dimensions. This was factored in to my review. If you have to buy a carafe just to make a $150 coffee maker functional... it's a pass for me.

Great the first 2 years now the k cup can't figure out the size cup to fill
After 2 yrs of service the k cup gets confused about the size cup you use. Make sure this unit is near a sink when it overflows

Keurig Coffee maker
Love the grounds basket has a lid to lift to fill. The controls are easy to read and easy to touch. This model is much better than my last Keurig. Love it.
