We enjoy both Blokus and Uno, so when I saw this game was a combination of both, I knew we had to have it...but it was sold out at my local Fred Meyer store...then someone mentioned "check Amazon". The Uno cards add a fun twist to the Blokus game and can make it last much longer, lol. Highly recommend for Family Game Night.

My in-laws love playing boardgames, so we tried adding this to the mix. It's the right amount of strategy and randomness that you won't know who wins until close to the end. I've never played the original blokus, but after playing this variation, I don't believe we will play the original blokus game.Once you understand the rules, the game is pretty simple. You can't strategize too many plays, since your opponents have cards to shake up the board. It keeps you engaged throughout the game, without lasting too long. It's now a permanent fixture in our house.

I’m a hobby gamer but don’t look down on all mass market games. This one is a hidden gem for sure. The new “Uno” cards really let you break core rules of Blokus and let you discover new strategies (other than the standard skip and reverse cards which are mostly just annoying.)Don’t play the advanced scoring mode… it’s very ill-thought out.In conclusion, if you like very competitive strategy games with a bit of a twist, this one is worth checking out!

I love Uno. I like Blokus, but I have never won a game of any other version of the game (original, Trigon, 3D) because my husband is a master at the visual planning required. The first game of Blokus Shuffle was very fun and he won. The second time we played, I won. Our 9 year old and 12 year old sons enjoy it, too. At first one was reluctant to play because he isn't an Uno fan. He enjoyed the first game and was resilient enough to complete the second game. This is one good skill that games like this can teach. As one of the cards allows you to warp (relocate) another players piece while another let's you play like you are a different color (wild). Both of these actions can be upsetting when you have planned out your moves. It's all part of the fun and unpredictability that I love about this version. The kids just need to be reminded that it's not a personal attack and it's all part of the game. That is a great lesson for out boys. As with all versions of Blokus, I would recommend being cautious with the pieces so that younger kids and cats (or other pets) don't run off with the pieces as these are unique and not easily replaceable.

Given as a gift but I love the fact that it can be played like original Blokus, without the additional UNO cards. The cards just add another level of play, one that may be helpful for young children who need help? The family to whom it was given has a 5 year old boy who sometimes struggles with the concept of connecting your colors one way and with other players’ colors differently. His parents have chosen not to use the UNO cards, but to continue to work through the basic instructions with him. So I don’t know if the UNO cards would have helped, just that you can play regular BLOKUS with this particular game.

This is a super fun game the instructions just are very lacking so it takes a while to figure out exactly how to play and once you've got the hang of it then it becomes more enjoyable.

This is one of our most frequently played games. The kids love it. The grown ups love it. It's a fun one.

Fun game with added level of complexity, fun with family and friends. Makes it more interesting as compared to the old way of playing UNO. Definitely recommended for group setting.

Les photos parlent d'elle même ! J'ai d'ailleurs renvoyé et recommandé ce jeux pour avoir une boîte correct! Car la description mentionne un jeux neuf! Pour moi c'est une boîte reconditionné ou oublié dans le fond d'un endroit.Elle est sale, griffé, décoloré,... Bien trop abîmé !Je modifierai mon commentaire lorsque cette histoire sera réglé.

Juego de estrategia muy divertido y entretenido para jugar en familia o amigos, muy recomendable

War ein Geschenk für meinen Neffen(8Jahre), er liebt Gesellschaftsspiele! Wir sind relativ schnell "rein gekommen", also ins Spiel. Es macht schon Spass aber das normale Blokus gefällt Ihm dann schon etwas besser. Nichts desto trotz, alles im einen kann man das Spiel empfehlen. Mit solchen Sachen kann man eben auch mal nenn Spiele-Abend machen, anstatt die Kids nur Stumpf vorm Handy oder Tablet youtube schauen zu lassen. Kaufempfehlung wenn im Angebot wie gerade 25.05.2023 (23,50 Euro statt UVP 52,99). Der UVP ist doch schon ziemlich teuer!
