I was looking for a tower fan because it's much better for allergy sufferers and this one is great. I got a new one not used, not refurbished so I was happy. It took me about 5 minutes to set it up and over 10 minutes to get it out of the box and set up. It blows really cool air unlike other fans that push hot air around and I love the temperature display. Having the temperature display allowed me to finally have proof that my room is hotter than any other place in the house and the fan dropped the temperature of the room by 3 degrees. This fan helped me improve my quality of life and sleep immensely. It was a bit delayed which was a bummer but I am glad it arrived and I am not disappointed. It's not whisper quiet, much quieter than a window unit and box fan but louder than central air which is fine with me but could be annoying to others. I don't use the sleep or outdoors settings because its a bit weird when it turns on and off.

It’s been about 3.5 years and it’s still going strong. So I decided to do something I rarely do, leave a review. It’s still quiet, cool and it has a remote Just wonderful. You don’t have to do anything just enjoy the cool breeze

I really like this fan. It's very sleek, nice breeze, and lowers the temperature of the room BUT the slight whistling noise it makes annoys me and the remote can be a bit temperamental. I also really love that the fan displays the temperature of the room even when its powered off.

I’m hot a lot , oh hi menopause, my central AC is being replaced next year so im trying to conserve my little old girl to get me thruthe summer i bought 2 of these fans and WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE!? Today was a Extremely hot, humid day. Did the usual closing of blinds as the sun moves, and I’ve got my ac set at 74. The fans are on full blast and not crazy loud and putting out cool air. Not Once has my air kicked on. And the house is 70 at dusk. I cooked in the kitchen at 5ish and the temp went up a couple degrees. But since went down. It’s actually cool in the house not stuffy. I HIGHLY recommend these fans. Beats having to run AC. Hope this helps.

I had this unit for a whopping 2 weeks before it blew up. The day I got it I could tell how cheaply built it was and thought about returning it, but against my better judgement (and all the negative comments) I decided to keep it. One day before the return period ended it made a loud ticking noise (fan blades hitting the outer shell) and then it stopped. I immediately looked back at it then it made a loud noise and started to smell like burnt electronics. I unplugged it, took it to the garage and tried to plug it in again. It no longer would turn on. I'd get a screen, but no air. Now I have to fight with the warranty of the manufacturer... Good luck getting my money back (Or a working fan for that matter).

I have a small space for a fan in my rental, and I cannot sleep without air moving over me. I thought I would give this one a try, and it is the best choice for the purpose. It fits in a small space next to my bedroom door (when the door is open), and I can feel the air moving 10 feet away for sure! Could probably feel it even further. I bought one for my mother, who is in a larger bedroom, and she claims it is the best she has ever had. I love the remote control, as it allows me to change the swing mode or speed without getting out of bed. Fantastic!

The media could not be loaded. This fan is very easy to use. It can not only rotate to adjust the angle, adjust the wind speed and temperature, but most importantly, it can set the time and can be remotely controlled. The air conditioner in my house is very noisy, and there’s the only button to control all the rooms. (You can imagine the electrical bill in summer so expensive!) So this fan is very suitable for me to use in my bedroom and living room. It saves electricity and is quieter. Setting time and remote control are very useful for me sleeping in bed. ( I hate to leave my bed to turn off or adjust something) So this fan is very convenient. People who don’t like their own air conditioners like me are suitable to buy this fan. I’d like to say, I’m the fan of this fan.

Okay so my husband and I ordered this and when we got it it looked nice but when we plug it in it had this horrible sound and very loud. My husband took the screws out of the back and the cord I think was hitting the blade and possibly it was screwed too tightly together and then we noticed it stopped making that noise after we opened it so we screwed it back together and now it's fine and quiet. So if you happen to buy this and have this problem just unscrew it from the back and make sure nothing is touching the blades turn it on with the back off carefully and make sure it's not making that sound anymore and then screw it back together.
