iSpring Provides Excellent Customer Service
We live out in the country and have well water which tastes good to begin with. We installed an iSpring 6-stage filter system for our drinking water in the house.Since the filter system is installed in the crawl space under the house where all the other utilities are located, it falls to me to change the filters because my husband has claustrophobia about going into the crawl space.iSpring has videos about how to change and replace the filters which I did watch. I was easily able to change the first three filters because they are in a container that is simply unscrewed, take out the old cylindrical filter, put the new one in, and re-screw the bottom of the container to the cover. However, I had difficulty removing the quick connection devices used on the remaining stages. I think I must have cracked two trying to get them off the old filters and trying to insert them into the new filters. They were dripping.I called the iSpring customer service phone number and left a message about the problems I was having.Michele called me back. She was very helpful in providing instruction about how the quick connect devices work which was not apparent in the filter change video I watched. She also told me there was a video specifically about how the quick connect devices work which I was not previously aware of. In addition, Michele very kindly offered to send me iSpring replacements for the parts that weren’t working correctly after I made the filter change at no charge.When people come over to our house, there are frequently comments about the great tasting water from our special little iSpring filter faucet. I appreciate the high quality iSpring filter system, the excellent quality water that tastes delicious, the outstanding iSpring customer service, and the really nice iSpring customer service people like Michele.

First, all original quality and great value.When the package has arrived, I was missing some fittings. I have reached to the vendor, and Sean was absolutely amazing with understanding what’s needed and sending it my way promptly.

Best quality and top notch customer service.
I called Ispring and spoke to Don and informed him that I need a canister to replace along with the filters. He asked me what was wrong with the system. I told him the canister is cracked and the UV is broken. He said no problem and will send replacement parts along with elbows and teflon. This gentleman has an outstanding customer service.
