Definitely makes a difference
I was blown away by how quickly this started helping. I put it on day 3 after delivery and have worn it pretty consistently 10 hours a day. I’ve skipped 2-3 days probably and these are my 2 week results. I wish I had taken a picture in the hospital of what it looked like before I started using it but the results were fast - I still looked 6 months pregnant when I started using it and saw major results within 2 to 3 days. Lots of uterine cramping the first week and a half but I think that’s the point of the wrap - to quickly shrink back the uterus. Now I’m left with lots of skin but overall I’m really pleased with how quickly my body had healed and a large part I think is because of this wrap. Aside from the physical results, this definitely helped support me and provide comfort in the early days of breast feeding and just struggling to walk upstairs and do normal things. I love that you can continue to adjust it as your body changes. It’s bulky and can be seen under clothes but totally worth it! I’ll keep wearing when company isn’t around until I get cleared at my 6 week apt to begin working out

It works. Don’t give up
This thing is so amazing! I immediately wore it after I naturally gave birth to my son. It helped push all the fluids out and within 6 months, slowly helped flatten the tummy. I know that a lot of the reviews said it didn’t work and it was painfully stiff, but no one said it wouldn’t hurt throughout the process. It DID HURT, every, single, day, and I just keep tightening the straps as the weeks rolled by. The only thing that was unbearable is the tighter you go, the more pressure you feel down there. So find your balance, and take breaks off of your feet when not walking. Trust the process.

Helpful post birth.
This really helped with the epidural pain the day of and after the child was born. Following birth, this helped with the midline pain as the stretched fascia from diastolic recti slowly came back together.Velcro is strong and works well.Material is a little scratchy.Easy to put on and take off. However, it can be a little loud when taking off due to the strong velcro. It tends to ride up if I'm using it for my lower abdomen/suprapubic area or while sitting down due to my hips being wider than my belly.

Great idea but not durable
I believe I received a returned item. The fit was nice and tight but the Velcro was strong and painful. It rubbed on my skins it provided the support I was initially looking for but not sure about the durability.

Great for support and recovery - doesn’t hide under clothing though
So glad I had this belly wrap post partum! Provided the extra support I needed for recovery and as I started to regain core strength. Consistently used for 3-4 months post partum and definitely noticed a different when I didn’t use it. It also played a great role in helping my stomach to rebound (with light exercise and proper hydration and nutrition of course). It made a huge difference compared to recovery after my first baby. It was nice to have something that truly adjusted to fit my size at both largest and as I trimmed inches due to the way it wrapped.Be aware that it does not “hide” under clothing very well If wearing anything fitted. That wasn’t a problem for me but should be aware as a buyer if that is your intention. The Velcro is also very heavy duty which has pros and cons — one negative being it snagged sweaters and shirts if not secured perfectly to itself.

Amazing
Believe the hype ladies! This thing works wonders! I am so glad I bought this. I wore this from the day I gave birth and still wearing it sometimes at 6 weeks postpartum to give me the extra “snatch”. I wore this pretty much at all times for the first few weeks.. by the end of the first week my belly had practically flattened out. Each week it gets better. Granted I started very light walking and exercise from day 2 but nothing vigorous. It helps with supporting my back too. Just all over great purchase, great investment. I will tell all mommy’s-to-be in my life about this product... I feel amazing and really can’t praise this enough. One note... I was really tightening this thing at one point it did break my skin.. took me a while to realize I could wear it over a thin shirt and get the same result. Also.. if you breastfeed watch baby’s skin if wearing this thing. I cover her up with a receiving blanket

not at all as advertised
This is super bulky. The velcro flaps are very thick and very visible under any clothing, even very loose clothing, since it pokes out. Also, it is velcro and the velcro strip is very wide... not possible to get it tight enough by yourself to do what it is supposed to do. Those thick flaps are very uncomfortable, scratchy, and leave contusions (bruises) on your skin where they press into your flesh. The extra strap that goes around is supposed to help get it tighter but it only does to the area right under the strap... and then those two velcro flaps just add more lumps under clothing. This product is not at all what a waist trainer is supposed to be. The fabric is far too stretchy, as well. When you try to tighten that extra strap, the fabric under it gives way which is why the strap only tightens right under the strap and not everywhere. I returned it and bought a Luxx, which is everything a waist trainer is supposed to be. I can only imagine the good reviews of this product were bought and not true reviews from people that know what effective waist trainers are supposed to do and be. I bought it based on the reviews and also a website that listed it as one of the best waist trainers... again, I am hazarding a guess that it's place in the "top 5" was bought because it certainly is NOT one of the best. Anyone that has used one would agree. I should've paid more attention to the one star reviews before I bought it. At least it's a free return with Amazon.

Good but has faults.
Item supports well, and is much more cost effective when compared to other brands, however the internal support stays that are plastic and sewn in have come dislodged and poped out the top. I have had to return as this are digging into me now and I cannot wear. Not 2 months old.
