Perfect!
I hosted a paper making class for students and worries on how they would handle the mesh film for straining the water out and it worked perfectly! Super easy and perfect size! (Approx a half sheet of regular printer paper).

Junk
Yeah this is just some dollar tree junk. Imagine buying this for a kids gift just to see their face 😆 I used it to make some plantable paper for post cards. I made 3 before I threw this in the trash.

Paper making kit toy
This is a small cheap paper making kit, but it works!

Good idea, poor execution.
Unfortunately I found this product largely unusable. While the addition of mesh screens really makes lifting and drying the paper easier, only one was useable--the other was cut so poorly that it wouldn't fit in the deckle and I ended up just throwing it out.The plastic deckle was a good idea imo but seemed smaller than the advertised 5x7.The plastic sheet gives the paper a nice smooth look but was impossible to separate from the damp paper without tearing it. It might be possible to just dry the sheet on the plastic and remove it at the end, but that means you can only draw one sheet every couple of days. The plastic sheet also leaves the long edges completely straight rather than deckled. My recommendation would be spend a little extra money and get a wooden frame set.

Smaller than expected
I didn't realize how small it would be, but it was fun for the kids to make paper with.

Most complicated thing ever…..
Of course, when I received item, I looked it it with confusion… no instructions… the concept is great, execution? Not so much… why would you use a clear piece of plastic to press the water out of frame, you absolutely cannot remove this until it’s dry, making it impossible to do a second one… now you don’t have the plastic piece to use… I ended up using a sponge and it worked out way better… card was still a little thin… I wouldn’t recommend this for children or anyone else
