This product is under 6 months warranty..I gifted this to my friend, and by the time she unboxed it the return window had closed, one of the earings was defective.. I am willing to claim warranty

Loved the product.

Pendent is pretty and looks very nice. But the chain was dull out of the box. I know silver blackens over time but atleast expect a new product or be shiny.
