Great quality but packaging/delivery needs QC.Box looked like it's been stepped on and tossed around. Thankfully unlike 7% of leakage reviews, my container lid while loose, was intact.I've ordered direct from their site in the past and will likely continue to do so. This item should be in a BOX not a BAG. Also, for the price, the plastic container gives a cheap feel. 4 stars because it's authentic and had great benefits.

I thought that I was buying a high-quality product, but the $185 24+ UMF honey comes in a cheap toxic plastic bottle.I have quit buying product in plastic containers (search online for "Toxic Chemicals in Plastic Packaging" for more information).Unfortunately, the producer won't stand behind their product. No returns are allowed under any circumstances.
