I keep buying these because I can't find any other product that does what they do. I put them on after washing my face before bed, and then remove them in the morning. I have pretty bad acne around certain times of the month, so this really helps. I will say that it helps a lot if you're willing to pop your zits before putting the patch on....it doesn't really seem to do a lot for spots that haven't come to a white head yet. I have recommended them to a couple of people who didn't want to pop anything, and it didn't really work for them. The surface of the skin just has to be broken only a little bit, though, so if you're willing to use a sterilized pin or something like that, it would probably work, too.The biggest miracle for me is what it does with the "oozers", those pimples that just like to ooze fluid for ages and are gross and inconvenient. Those used to take forever to get rid of. It often helps to get the kind you can cut to size for those so you can make sure that the fluid doesn't escape as easily. Sometimes it takes a day or two of wearing patches, but then they're gone! No more! If this is a gross problem that only I have, sorry for sharing....but if this is something you've experienced, you may want to give these a try.

The packaging was misleading to me. It says there are 8 included, which I assumed was 8 t-zone strips. Actually, there are 4 of the larger t-zone strip (like the one pictured), but then you get 4 little “triangle” size pieces that are very small. I don’t really feel the strip itself worked as well as other hydrocolloid patches I’ve used.

These blemish patches are one of the best finds ever! Why you ask?Well, the obvious first use is for pimples. I put on one of these patches on a pimple before bedtime, and the next morning, all the junk inside the pimple has been sucked out! It’s like magic!You can use these patches for so many things:* Pimples (see above)* To cover a small boo boo on your body - It actually removes/sucks out any chance of infection, protects & heals the boo boo faster.* To protect & heal my cuticles when I get nervous and pick them. Ugh! Worst habit ever! My Name is J, and I am a cuticle picker. :-(* An occasional red spot that shows up. I have a sensitive neck, décolletage, etc. one dot makes the spot tremendously less noticeable, and I have no problem wearing it in public, as it is almost invisible.…I find a new use every day!I have tried a few other, more expensive brands, and *none of them work as well and as quickly as the the Hanhoo patches.I have serious stash of these! To me, they are like chapstick in my pocket. :-)I believe in these little patches so much, that my friends and co workers are using them now, and loving life!Buy them ASAP!

This is not the same thing as a Biore strip that you wet, leave on for 15 minutes and slowly pull away to reveal those disgusting yet satisfying clumps of pore clogging filth. This is more like a film that you put on and leave for 6-8 hours. It wasn't the most comfortable thing as I did it at night as I slept. When I peeled it off there was none of the gunk I was looking forward to pulling out of my pores. There was a little bit of white discoloration though. I will say that my pores did look noticeably smaller and the surface of my nose felt smoother. I guess I didn't really read the description as well as I should have and just assumed. I will probably use the other patch again sometime since I have it but this isn't something I'll likely buy again.

These are AMAZING. I almost did not want to review because I don’t want them to get too popular haha. I’ve had acne since I was a teen (mid 20s now) and these have been the single most important thing in getting rid of my acne. They do a great job when wearing overnight and stick really well. They don’t work as much on deep cystic bumps until the bumps gotten to the surface a bit, but they still help!!! Definitely get them, you won’t regret it!
